Key Responsibilities: Regional B2B Campaign Development: Work closely with international teams and local agencies to identify and implement specific marketing campaigns tailored to the objectives, preferences, and styles of different regional markets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teammates from various departments located in different regions to ensure seamless communication and integration of marketing strategies. Platform Management: Utilize tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and other platforms to manage campaigns, analyze data, and report insights that drive optimization. SEO Expertise: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall visibility. Marketing Content Creation: Craft compelling content for a variety of marketing channels, including email campaigns, presentations, brochures, website copy, and social media posts. Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. 1、需求收集与分析:熟悉并关注国内外主流云服务提供商现状和演进路线,通过系统化的方法做动态和优劣势分析;深入了解技术文档协作或售后与备案等业务流程,收集并分析用户反馈,识别核心需求和问题,定义产品需求;跨部门沟通协调,与TW(文档工程师)、售后、客服、合规、技术和数据等团队紧密合作,确保需求的完整性与准确性; 2、产品规划与设计:结合云计算发展趋势及火山引擎业务方向,对平台长期演进设计产品PRD和关键架构,规划产品路线图和产品核心竞争力,推动平台规划落地,创新能力达到行业领先;定义和贴近平台客户、并理解客户需求,结合平台规划,归纳和抽象转化成平台能力; 3、根据市场需求和变化,合理安排迭代推动需求的落地,并确保平台的易用性、安全性及合规性;定义平台维度业务指标体系,通过指标对应的核心业务流程和数据治理持续提升,要求核心指标可度量、产品价值可预期; 4、项目管理与实施:推动跨部门合作,确保负责的产品和系统功能按时上线;跟踪产品从开发、测试到上线的全生命周期,确保高效交付,及时解决开发及上线过程中的各类问题; 5、监控与反馈分析:通过数据监控和分析,评估产品的运营表现及用户满意度,分析业务流程中的关键指标,提出优化方案;定期关注市场趋势及产品动态,适时调整产品定位及功能设计,增强平台竞争力;及时跟进业务系统的日常问题,处理反馈意见,提升平台可靠性和客户满意度。
