Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with experience in electrical installation, solar or battery systems, and renewable energy solutions. This role supports Anker SOLIX’s installer network by providing remote troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, and resolving on-site technical issues. The role also handles pre-sale technical inquiries from homeowners, helping them select the right Anker SOLIX products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Provide technical support to partnered installers and electricians, including remote troubleshooting, software commissioning, and hardware setup guidance.
- Respond to pre-sales inquiries from end users, offering product recommendations and explaining system compatibility and functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation and troubleshooting guides, training materials, and customer experience reports.
- Gather and communicate customer and installer feedback to product and engineering teams to support continuous product improvement.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to the optimization of support processes and workflows.
