- 3+ years of product management experience in robotics or intelligent hardware.
- Proficiency in core robotics technologies, including SLAM algorithms, motion control theory (e.g., whole-body dynamics control), and multi-sensor fusion (IMU / force sensing / vision).
- Proven track record in bringing complex systems from concept to commercialization, particularly quadruped or humanoid robotics systems, or core modules such as joint actuators and main control systems.
- Familiarity with the full robotics development lifecycle, including ROS/ROS2 frameworks, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, DFMEA, and design for manufacturability (DFM).

About the Role:
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and commercialization of next-generation embodied intelligent robotics. In this role, you'll bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with robust hardware design, driving products from concept through mass production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, and AI) to define the product vision, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver market-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Definition
- Lead end-to-end product planning for full-system robotics solutions.
- Conduct market research and user needs analysis to define technical specifications, commercialization strategies, and core performance metrics (e.g., motion control precision, multimodal interaction speed).
- Own the PRD and establish clear product goals aligned with business objectives.

2. Technology Integration
- Translate AI capabilities (motion control, environmental perception, decision-making) into hardware-ready solutions.
- Coordinate structural, hardware, and software teams to integrate systems such as sensor fusion, joint actuation, and embedded controls.

3. Lifecycle Ownership
- Manage the product journey from concept and design to mass production and delivery.
- Define product roadmaps, set and track milestones (TR reviews / DCP decisions), and resolve technical or resource bottlenecks across departments.

4. System Validation & Compliance
- Develop and oversee system-level testing, including functional, extreme load, and EMC tests.
- Lead performance bottleneck analysis, optimize reliability, and drive CE/FCC certification.

5. Ecosystem & Technology Foresight
- Research emerging technologies such as heterogeneous computing platforms and advanced sensors.
- Foster a robotics developer ecosystem and transition pre-research innovations into marketable products.
