In this role, you'll bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with robust hardware design, driving products from concept through mass production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, and AI) to define the product vision, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver market-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities： 1. Product Strategy & Definition - Lead end-to-end product planning for full-system robotics solutions. - Conduct market research and user needs analysis to define technical specifications, commercialization strategies, and core performance metrics (e.g., motion control precision, multimodal interaction speed). - Own the PRD and establish clear product goals aligned with business objectives. 2. Technology Integration - Translate AI capabilities (motion control, environmental perception, decision-making) into hardware-ready solutions. - Coordinate structural, hardware, and software teams to integrate systems such as sensor fusion, joint actuation, and embedded controls. 3. Lifecycle Ownership - Manage the product journey from concept and design to mass production and delivery. - Define product roadmaps, set and track milestones (TR reviews / DCP decisions), and resolve technical or resource bottlenecks across departments. 4. System Validation & Compliance - Develop and oversee system-level testing, including functional, extreme load, and EMC tests. - Lead performance bottleneck analysis, optimize reliability, and drive CE/FCC certification. 5. Ecosystem & Technology Foresight - Research emerging technologies such as heterogeneous computing platforms and advanced sensors. - Foster a robotics developer ecosystem and transition pre-research innovations into marketable products.
• Understand China researcher and developer communities, Analyzing the technical requirement, identify needle moving projects. • Bridge NVIDIA tools with communities' requirements, Promote NVIDIA tools, libraries, and SDK’s with China researcher and developer communities, ISV and Service Providers. • Deeply understand AI4S, AI teaching, Agentic AI, Physical AI workflows and LLM breakthroughs, evolving ecosystem and alliances, attending conferences, building a network of influencers, and tracking opportunities in progress. • Discover new workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report back to the product teams. • Drive early adoption of new products and support launch and go-to-market activities. • Collaborate with NVIDIA business development managers, solution architects, developer technology engineers, developer marketing, product teams to engage with customers and communities. • We make heavy use of conferencing tools, but some travel is required. Ecosystem Development: · Build partnerships with academia, industry consortia, and startups to foster co-innovation and leverage external expertise. · Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with research institutions, industry associations, and other key stakeholders, and represent the company at conferences, technical committees, etc. Insight Delivery: · Produce strategic and technical insight reports and presentations for executive leadership to inform global perspectives for business planning, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
