Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluent spoken and written English as a working language. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; proficient in using data analysis tools and software, with experience in preparing statistical analysis reports. Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations with strong communication, learning agility, teamwork awareness, responsibility, and attention to detail.
工作职责
Support overseas regional sales operations by providing comprehensive sales assistance. Assist the Sales team with new client onboarding, including qualification review, account documentation, and risk control system setup; manage assigned client accounts with effective risk management. Coordinate with the Order Management team to expedite order processing, ensure timely supply of frontline sales resources, and support key sales activities by liaising with Product, Marketing, Manufacturing, and other core functions. Manage client payment tracking and sales expense analysis to ensure healthy account turnover for assigned clients. Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify issues, provide insights, and assist Sales in developing targeted strategies to achieve business goals.
Support offline sales operations in the market, assisting in achieving sales targets and expanding market share. Conduct market research and competitor analysis for offline retail channels, providing insights to develop channel strategies and promotional plans. Assist in managing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring timely communication and effective execution of sales programs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment in product launches, pricing, and in-store promotions. Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store display execution, and customer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for each stage of the product launch based on market needs, including but not limited to market research, channel strategy, pricing strategy, and marketing plans, ensuring effective execution across the product lifecycle. Analyze market and sales data, take ownership of business performance across assigned regions, identify channel demands, and uncover potential market opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, Marketing, Delivery, and both online and offline sales operations — to achieve sales targets and maximize overall profitability and operational efficiency.
