Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units. In this role, you'll be the go-to technical expert for customers during installation and service of Anker SOLIX E1 & X1 systems. You'll provide both on-site support to ensure our solutions are deployed successfully and perform at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: - Support customers and installers with real-time technical consultation during system installation. - Perform on-site services, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SOLIX systems. - Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, and site visits, delivering timely solutions. - Partner with internal engineering teams to resolve escalations and improve product performance. - Document customer feedback and service reports to inform product improvements. - Assist the project team in conducting beta testing with pilot users during new product introduction period. - Deliver technical training on products to regional installation and service teams.
The Analog Field Applications Engineer (AFAE) is responsible for partnering with Sales and providing Analog related technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. The AFAE proactively identifies current products and/or creative solutions to solve existing customer projects and create new functionality/opportunities. In this role, the AFAE uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to gain credibility and develop relationships with customers. Our business has very high growth in TI and is in a segment where the market is fast growing. We’re searching for field applications engineer who have the passion and excitement to grow, innovative, take an active role in opportunities finding, execute the characterization until ramp, and provide post ramp application support to customers. This role is responsible for application support for Gate Driver used in Traction Inverter, OBC+DC/DC, and Other power modules. Key responsibilities include: • Answer customer questions and supporting design-in activities for released products. This includes: • Reply email questions from customers • Schematic and Layout Review of customer application • Debug of customer problems by re-creating issues in our evaluation boards and/or customer boards • On-site support for customer board as required as well as for technical training and deep-dive • Write application notes that explain different use cases, implementation and/or flexibility of our products

TI's FAST (Field Applications& Sales Training) Program is designed to prepare Sales& Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The program provides experiences that help rising TIers understand how to successfully grow TI's business and to thrive throughout their entire TI career. There are two available FAST program tracks: (1) Field Applications and (2) Technical Sales. This 12-month experience aims to establish rising Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) as technical TI experts with customer engineers and internal teams. The track includes two 6-month rotations*: Rotation 1, Field Sales Office (FSO): The FSO rotation is centered on learning how to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges, and to ultimately maximize TI's revenue by providing customers with the systems-level solutions that best address their design needs. Among other aspects, the FSO rotation focuses on analyzing technical trade-offs, understanding component selection, and solving design and cost challenges. Rotation 2, Systems Engineering& Marketing (SEM): The SEM rotation provides hands-on experiences that help future FAEs understand how various TI components fit together to provide systems-level solutions for customer designs. This rotation focuses on technical product selection, schematic/layout capture, PCB layouts, fabrication processes, board bring up and validation. Upon successful completion of the Field Applications Engineer track, participants are welcomed as FAEs on TI's Worldwide Sales& Applications team. FAE responsibilities include: • Using various sales tools and relationships with design engineering to identify all potential projects • Providing customers with proactive proposals for complete, system-level solutions that maximize TI content • Using broad technical expertise to influence customers' part selection process while favorably positioning TI versus competition Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.
