For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for warehouse operations management, including the inbound and outbound handling of after-sales goods, shelving and usage of inventory, as well as reverse logistics and material scrapping, ensuring on-site inventory matches system records. - Responsible for managing refurbishment and repair operations, including delivery of refurbishment and repair services within the warehouse, improving on-site workflow efficiency and service quality, increasing the timeliness and success rate of refurbishments, and enhancing customer satisfaction with repair services. - Responsible for on-site personnel management, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, attendance, performance evaluation, and team optimization, to enhance the technical skills and productivity of refurbishment and repair staff. - Responsible for warehouse cost and expense management, including budget preparation, expense review, settlement, and expense tracking and analysis, ensuring the reasonableness of warehouse budgets and expenditures. - Responsible for warehouse compliance and risk management, including business license renewals, coordination with regulatory requirements, and ensuring safe warehouse operations to maintain low-risk business performance.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that our warehouse, inventory, and transportation systems run efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with the company’s operational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage teams effectively, and continuously improves workflow efficiency. Job Responsibilities: - Oversee overall operations of the Bolingbrook warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth, timely, and cost-efficient processes. - Manage warehouse personnel including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. - Plan, organize, and execute warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations according to company standards. - Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. - Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance accuracy and productivity. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support supply-chain objectives. - Prepare and maintain operational reports to track performance metrics. - Handle other duties assigned by management.

Achieve warehouse performance objectives, in particular by establishing warehouse on-the-floor operation excellence daily management methods; define cost saving, productivity and service level improvement opportunities, measure performance, analyze opportunities, improve and control performance, constantly aim to reach the ultimate goal to establish outstanding customer satisfaction, speed inbound to outbound cycle time and eliminate errors 2. Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. 3. Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers, report to management and to group internal stakeholders 4. Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. 5. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. 6. Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts including automated sorting machinery; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. 7. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions, report to Management 8. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 9. Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 10. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 11. Contribute to North America BU level projects with the certain effort as needed.
