1、协助制定和本地化针对零售员工及现场团队的培训材料，以确保有效的知识传递。 2、制作理货员简报，明确店内执行和视觉陈列的指导方针。 3、审阅理货员访店报告，并评估其是否符合约定的执行标准。 4、支持监控代理机构绩效，识别差距，并确保其遵守品牌和零售商指南。 5、协助分析实地访问数据，总结关键洞察，并提出改进建议。 6、与内部团队及外部合作伙伴协调，以确保零售营销活动的顺利执行。 7、管理销售点物料，包括库存跟踪、分发及店内布置。 8、与设计团队协作，开发符合品牌指南的店内营销材料，如宣传单、海报和促销展示物。
1. 管理区域各国客户的应收情况，应收款项催收，清理 2. 分析客户财报，评估客户资质，管理客户企业信用额度，包括申请，建档，调整，关闭 3. 零售门店支付运营，包括了解收银及现金管理要求，制定门店操作SOP 4. 企业支付类账期管理：费用合同条款审核，付款流程指引 1. 1. 独立负责海外零售业务用户研究项目，包括但不限于：人群和生活方式洞察、商品选品研究、消费决策研究、品牌研究、产品体验研究 2. 深度参与业务，洞察核心研究问题，并采用合理的研究方法高效解决。并能带着用户洞察，与业务共创解决方案，推动落地 3. 参与行研和经规侧合作的重要研究 4. 与当地人交朋友，体验和融入他们的生活。定期为团队分享当地生活见闻，值得打卡的吃喝玩乐地儿，有趣的生活/购物变化 5. 帮助管理本地实习生 1. Participating in/ leading a simple user research program of overseas retail business. Main tasks include: insights into people and lifestyles; product selection research; shopping decision research; brand research; product user experience research, etc. 2. Deeply involved in business, offering insights into the core research question and solving problems effectively with rational methods 3. Participating in industry research and business analysis 4. Making acquaintances with local people and integrating with their life. Sharing your experiences of local lifestyle, amazing restaurants or interesting places, and changes in lifestyle/ shopping habits 5. Assisting with leading local interns
1. Assume the role of primary liaison with OPPO India's clientele, discerning valuable insights emanating from direct interaction with end-users. 2. Oversee the setup and management of the user engagement platform. 3. Execute the aggregation, monitoring, validation, and synthesis of OPPO India's day-to-day operational metrics. 4. 1. 任务跟进与执行支持 • 协助零售经理追踪重点项目（如新品上市、促销活动、展陈落地）的执行进度； • 整理各渠道及门店的销售数据、照片反馈及活动记录，确保信息及时准确。 2. 数据收集与分析 • 协助收集和整理销售、库存、促销等基础数据，完成日报/周报/月报； • 使用Excel或Power BI进行基础统计分析，为零售策略提供支持。 3. 团队协作与沟通协调 • 与销售、市场、Field Force等团队保持沟通，协助跨部门任务落地； • 支持团队会议准备、资料汇总及项目档案归档。 4. 门店支持与市场观察 • 参与门店巡检、展陈照片核查等基础零售管理工作； • 收集一线反馈，了解市场动态与竞品表现。
