主要职责 1. 渠道营销策略制定与本地化 基于对东欧用户、市场及竞争的深入理解,制定符合本地特色的渠道发展战略与年度营销计划; 负责新产品的渠道上市策略,确保信息传递能引起本地消费者共鸣; 结合区域特性(如俄罗斯以 Yandex 为主要搜索引擎、社媒平台差异等)优化渠道布局; 2. 零售渠道管理与合作伙伴关系 建立并维护与主要零售商(如 DNS、Mvideo、Dr.head)的战略合作关系; 主导联合营销活动,优化推广策略以提升品牌曝光度与销售转化; 管理渠道资源置换,协调零售与分销合作伙伴参与开业活动及市场推广; 3. 零售支持与终端体验优化 与销售团队紧密合作,提升线下门店的品牌可见度与客户体验; 开发并管理销售点物料(POSM),确保品牌形象一致性; 4. 多品牌渠道协同与整合 管理东欧市场的多个品牌(Anker、Soundcore、Eufy)渠道策略,制定个性化营销方案; 协调线上线下渠道,形成“种草-转化”闭环(如 Telegram/YouTube 内容与 Ozon/Wildberries 链接结合); 5. 预算管理与绩效分析 负责管理渠道营销预算,优化投入产出比; 监控、分析渠道营销活动效果,用数据驱动策略迭代; 建立声量-销量关联分析模型,实现全渠道 ROI 可视化追踪。
- Content Management: Lead the content planning and management for Russia Market, ensuring content quality and attractiveness. - Keyword Research: Conduct market research and analysis, identify and analyze keywords, optimize website content, and improve search engine rankings. - SEO Project Planning and Execution: Develop reasonable measurement indicators based on data analysis and actual business situations. - Responsible for planning and executing SEO content operation projects, including content updates, website structure optimization, etc. Adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner, improve conversion rates, optimize channel marketing methods, and allocate resources reasonably for traffic and orders. - Competitor Analysis and Industry Trends Analysis: Analyze the strategies of other brands, formulate effective SEO directions to enhance website competitiveness.
1.Manage and optimize available resources on Trip.com to drive traffic and revenue growth.2.Assist in localizing content to ensure clear, accurate, and appealing product descriptions in the local language.3.Collaborate with both local and international marketing teams to plan and execute marketing promotions on the Website/App.4.Work closely with internal business development teams to identify potential products for the target market.5.Identify and explore external partnership opportunities to increase user engagement and drive sales on the website.6.Analyze and track internal and external data to uncover actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
1. Possesses basic skills and qualities, and will be developed as part of the operations and management team; 2. Fluent in Chinese and Russian, and able to communicate in English; 3. Possesses strong learning abilities and potential for development; 4. Prior experience in the logistics industry is preferred; 5. Willing to work in Russia long-term.
