Job Title: North-Eastern EU Hungary sales manager Location: Hungary Company: Anker Innovations Reports To: CEU Regional Head Job Description: 1.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base; 2.Build the overall local go-to-market strategy (price, product, promotion, markteting &retail); 3.Build new and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; 4.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives; 5.Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations; 6.Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts; 7.Lead a national sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives; 8.Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads; 9.Act as a point of contact for important customers and internal stakeholders; 10.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts as well as regular reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics; 11.Carry out market research&insight, demand collection, competition analysis, and working closely with product and regional teams to improve local portfolio Competitiveness; 12.Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products; 13.Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement; 14.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
