- 行业背景: 必须具备消费电子 (CE)、智能硬件或 DTC 出海品牌经验

二、专业技能  (Hard Skills)
- 英文沟通能力: 具有卓越的商务谈判能力及英语口语/书面沟通能力,可作为工作语言;
- 数据分析能力: 具备极强的数据分析能力,熟练使用 Excel (Pivot Table/Vlookup),具备数据可视化思维(能读懂 BI 报表并从中发现业务问题);

工作职责


一、战略规划与体系搭建 (25%)
- 全局策略: 根据品牌 DTC 发展阶段,制定全球 Affiliate 营销战略,设计差异化的佣金模型、激励政策及分层管理体系;
- 目标预算: 拆解季度/月度 KPI(Session, GMV, ROAS, CPA/CAC),动态调配预算,对最终的销售贡献和ROAS负责;
- Martech基础: 主导 Martech 底层需求提出和方案落地,优化归因逻辑,确保营销效能可追踪、可量化。

二、合作伙伴生态与内容增长 (45%)
- 极客/KOL 生态构建: 重点开拓契合 Maker 文化的 Tech Influencers、Youtubers 及垂类博客(Bloggers/Review Sites),不仅限于挂链,更需指导产出高深度的种草与测评内容;
- 全渠道拓展: 统筹管理 Content, Deal, Cashback, Loyalty 等多类型渠道,平衡“品牌声量”与“销售转化”;
- 社群与裂变 (Referral): 结合众筹及新品首发节点,激活核心用户(Super Users/Backers),设计裂变机制(Referral Program),将用户转化为具有线下演示能力的“超级节点”。

三、数据洞察与效能优化 (20%)
- 效能优化: 利用内部 BI 工具、 GA4及联盟后台,深度分析流量质量并持续优化能效;
- 竞品监控: 持续监控竞品的联盟动向,快速迭代应对策略;
- 风控管理: 建立并维护风控体系,识别并剔除 Cookie Stuffing、品牌词违规竞价等作弊行为,保卫品牌资产;

四、运营落地与团队协作 (10%)
- 素材与转化: 联动设计与独立站运营团队,优化 Landing Page、独家折扣码及推广素材,持续提升站内转化率(CRO);
- 合规与结算: 确保财务流程准确,符合 GDPR/CCPA 及各地区税务合规要求。

Achieve Sales Targets - Develop and execute sales strategies for eufyMake’s innovative product categories in North America to achieve annual revenue and market expansion goals. - Develop and maintain customer relationships (including key accounts, distributors, and niche channels), and establish long-term partnerships. 2.
