Achieve Sales Targets - Develop and execute sales strategies for eufyMake’s innovative product categories in North America to achieve annual revenue and market expansion goals. - Develop and maintain customer relationships (including key accounts, distributors, and niche channels), and establish long-term partnerships. 2. Customer Management & Market Insights - Analyze market demand and competitive landscape for relevant product categories in North America to provide targeted sales strategies. - Collaborate with the channel operations team to optimize partner networks and improve channel coverage. - Set up local demos/workshops and explore innovative sales models such as makerspaces, offline retail leasing, and distribution partnerships. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to convert marketing activities into sales results - Provide customer feedback to the operations team regarding technical and after-sales needs. 4. Local Execution - Drive the execution of regional promotional campaigns and regularly report sales performance and market trends to headquarters.

Location: Hybrid at New York City, NY Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Specialist – SMB to lead growth within the small and medium business segment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing scalable go-to-market strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to accelerate revenue and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMB customers across key verticals. - Build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure. - Develop and execute territory-specific or industry-focused business development strategies. - Engage directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer support to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with resellers, distributors, and ecosystem partners. - Provide regular market feedback, sales forecasts, and performance reports to leadership. - Represent eufyMake at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements as needed.
1.Partnership Management: Manage and maintain Trip.com’s relationships with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches. Optimize distirbution policies and strategy to enhance the sales goal of the company. 2.Business Negotiations: Lead the team handling business negotiations with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure team's KPI & OKR indicators proceed smoothly. 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with clients and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product distribution, operational service system construction, and financial processes. 4.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Provide accurate data support to the company and clients to help formulate and adjust operational strategies. 5.Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor and review the effectiveness of partnerships, and adjust cooperation strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes and customer needs.
