任职要求


Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–5 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or in an agency setting
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for roles in tech, consumer electronics, e-commerce, or supply chain
Familiarity with the U.S. labor market and hiring practices
Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities 
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Proactively source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates in a timely manner
Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruiting and social media presence
Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional hiring needs
