Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and business growth. 2. Plan and manage integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns to promote the company’s brands. 3. Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including website content and promotional materials, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to uncover consumer insights, track market trends, and assess the competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable branding strategies. 5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and initiatives. 6. Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, adjusting marketing strategies as needed to maximize campaign effectiveness. 7. Develop brand guidelines for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring effective execution of brand strategies. 8. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on enhancing brand image and market recognition based on research and insights.
• Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled. • Partnering with the Retail Category Team and build successful communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors. • Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon. • Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience. • Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers. • Conduct regular WBRs, MBRs with the vendors, highlight business metric performance and building action plans.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing efforts. Monitor and analyse brand performance and market trends to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary. Develop guidelines that instruct internal teams and external agencies on how to effectively deploy the brand strategy based on market research and insights. Provide recommendations to the marketing head on how to enhance brand image and recognition based on market research and insights.
