在工业控制与驱动技术研发中心内部，您将在以下阶段为软件开发项目管理，软件设计和开发做出贡献：OTM（创新），PMP（开发）和PEP（维护）。 按项目阶段分列的任务和主要职责的详细信息： 创新（OTM）： 参与新技术，系统、硬件和软件方案评估和选择 参与系统架构、固件架构的定义和重构 参与固件设计和关键代码的编写与测试，用于新概念的原型设计 和验证 开发（PMP）： 参与项目需求的理解、澄清与分解 参与撰写功能描述文档和软件设计文档 定义和执行单元测试 编写代码 组织代码评审 参与验证测试定义 检查验证测试和测试结果 执行静态代码分析并贡献于结果的改进 检查验证测试结果 现有产品的维护和发展（PEP）： 为其他部门提供技术支持（实验室，电子部，市场部，销售部，质量部，工厂等） 对客户问题或制造问题进行技术分析，必要时可能会去拜访客户 考虑工业生产的影响，进行必要的固件更正 评估实施市场提出的新功能的可行性 改进固件质量问题和增加新的功能

PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manage the Offer Creation Project from initiation until project closure；新产品开发项目从启动到关闭的管理。 Deliver the offer to satisfy the business case in accordance with the committed goals: customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, product & project costs；完成客户满意和质量、上市时间、产品和项目成本三个目标来实现商业案例 REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions. 管理所有项目活动的开发，从启动到结束，覆盖所有职能范围。 2. Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project. 与项目团队一起制定项目管理计划并在项目开发周期内保持更新 3. Define & manage the project budget, resources, and schedule. 界定和管理项目预算、资源和时间计划 4. Organize, lead and motivate the project team and synchronize the team with the other teams. 组织、带领和激励项目团队，并做好项目团队与其他团队的协作 5. Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives 挑战个职能部门，使其对项目目标承担责任 6. Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time 在正确的时间点，组织带领项目层级的决策流程 7.
