Assist in collecting and organizing information on users, competing products, industries, and channels in the Northeast European regional market. Assist in market research, competing product analysis, and basic data organization to support the team in generating insights and judgments Assist in preparing brand marketing-related content and materials, including event creatives, communication copy, project documents, etc. Support the implementation and follow-up of marketing projects such as social media, PR, KOL/KOC, EDM, etc. Assist in cross-team communication, meeting minutes compilation, and progress tracking in marketing projects Support the organization and maintenance of marketing creatives, localization content, and databases Use AI tools to assist in completing material organization, content support, and basic analysis tasks

The Demand Planning Manager will serve as the demand planning point of contact for assigned product categories, with the responsibility of operational forecasting used as inventory and production planning inputs. You will own, shape, and refine your demand plans based on insights from key product, channel, marketing, and sales teams. Along with day-to-day operations, you will be supporting continuous improvement initiatives for automation/efficiency and establishing Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) for the end-to-end supply chain. Responsibilities: - Conduct demand planning processes for assigned product categories. This is including but not limited to generating 45+ wks demand plan, monitoring inventory levels, forecast accuracy, inventory turnovers, and aged inventory while collaborating with other departments. - Analyze trends and provide recommendations/insights/early warnings regarding forecast and adjust forecasts in a timely manner to prevent excess or shortage. - Serve as a liaison to provide needed periodic communication with headquarter (China) and internal cross-functional teams and handle escalation on production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management. - Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time-sensitive environment. - Lead and guide team members with the day-to-day operations while improving processes to increase efficiency.

This role offers hands-on experience in sales, business development, and retail engagement. You’ll support our team in building relationships with local retail partners, learning how to introduce innovative smart home and lawn care solutions to the market. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and reaching out to independent retail stores to expand market coverage. - Shadow and support field visits to retail partners to observe product demos, sales pitches, and negotiations. - Help generate leads through research, referrals, and local market insights. - Support the preparation of product presentations, promotional materials, and sales proposals. - Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store events, local promotions, and product placements. - Collect and organize market insights on competitors, retail trends, and customer preferences. - Assist with CRM data entry and tracking of leads, prospects, and sales activities. - Participate in team meetings, trade shows, and community events as needed.
