1.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the North American and European markets, including online/offline activations, pop-up events, and experiential marketing initiatives. 2.Identify and secure local partnership opportunities, creating collaborative campaigns that align with project goals and foster long-term relationships. 3.Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and successful campaigns, regularly sharing insights with the team to inform strategy. 4.Contribute to daily operations and version-update campaigns, including planning and executing related marketing activities.

- Develop and execute scalable, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes across French market. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-impact influencers and artists that resonate with our target audience and brand. - Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, driving engagement, brand affinity, and conversion growth. - Build and manage a strategic product seeding program to amplify brand visibility through partnerships with cultural leaders, trendsetters, and key influencers. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPV, affiliate sales, CAC) to maximize ROI and impact. - Establish and track team KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
1. Communicate with external partners/creators to convey our marketing messages to their audience, activate strategic collaboration and manage our relationship with them. 2. Grow our network of creators and KOLs to expand both awareness and conversion of our products. Help elevate and diversify our promotion into more specific communities and regions. 3. With combined understanding of products - target audience - content production - marketing skills, work with creators to produce videos on social media platforms in promotional purposes. 4. Work with broader stakeholders in English speaking countries to reach more target audience and build up brand image in the community. 5. Leverage company internal resources like budget and team work, together with external resources like creator networks and value exchanges to creatively achieve the goal of market growth. - Develop and maintain partnerships with local communities, brands, and strategic partners to enhance iQIYI's brand awareness and promote content. - Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, promotional events, and other brand activation initiatives. - Support content classification, rating, and related operational tasks in accordance with KMRB standards and internal guidelines. - Review promotional and marketing materials to ensure compliance with local regulations, content policies, and minor protection requirements. - Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to support local market operations and marketing initiatives.
