Position Overview: Anker is a leading manufacturer of innovative consumer electronics devices, specializing in charging, headphones, speakers and smart home products, committed to enhancing our customers' lives through cutting-edge technology and exceptional service. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mexico. This role involves developments with brand localization, management marketing agencies, brand awareness growth, and strong coordination with multiple functions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement multiple marketing channels, including KOL, PR, Digital Ads, and Social Media. • Develop co-branding opportunities, and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns for both online and offline. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Track and review the marketing performance. • Coordinate with the online team and offline team to achieve business goals.
1. Drive platform partnerships and collaboration with external agencies on key issue domains ; 2. Leverage industry research and resources to inform and educate our safety strategy and in-app user safety features to users ; 3. Engage with XFN teams in Brazil to deliver T&S initiatives and programs and contribute from T&S perspective ; 4. Facilitate the information flow between the local and HQ teams and ensure the visibility of progress through timely and appropriate updates ; 5. Build external narratives explaining our values, principles and overall policy/enforcement approach with a view to drive Industry alignment and consensus with key KOF's/KOL's etc. ; 6.Establish external governance and advisory forums with a view to transparency, accountability, and most importantly driving ongoing improvements at the service of our community.
Responsibilities: 1. Localize Global Campaigns & Maximize Market Impact - Transform global brand campaigns into culturally relevant local activations (e.g., extend content for Malaysian gamers' social media preference, festivals, and influencer communities). - Develop integrated marketing plans spanning digital (TikTok/ Facebook/ Instagram/ Youtube), events, and partnerships to amplify patch launches. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration Hub - Execute downstream localization: Partner with HQ teams to implement general brand strategies while providing real-time local insights (e.g., compliance risks, cultural nuances). - Unlock local synergies: Lead collaboration with community, ops, and channel teams to leverage Malaysian influencers, media, and events – ensuring "one key action, multi-channel impact." 3. Data-Driven Optimization - Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CPM, engagement, conversion), conduct rapid test-learn-adapt cycles, and identify high-efficiency key actions (e.g., viral local content formats). 4. End-to-End Project Ownership - Own complex patch launch local campaigns and business metrics, manage vendor quality/cost, and mitigate risks.(e.g., PR crises triggered by cultural/religious sensitivities)
