工作职责
1. 参与 Agent 架构设计与核心模块开发，协助落地任务规划、记忆管理、工具调用、RAG 知识检索等核心能力。 2. 基于 LangChain/LangGraph 等主流框架，参与 Prompt 模板、意图识别、对话流与流程控制的设计与工程化落地。 3. 协助完成向量库、多模态模型、工具链的集成优化，解决幻觉控制、长文本处理、推理效率等核心问题。 4. 参与 Agent 系统容器化部署、性能调优与线上维护，保障生产环境服务稳定。 5. 跟进 LLM/Agent 领域前沿技术，参与技术方案创新与迭代，配合团队完成需求全流程开发交付。
