任职要求
1.5年以上服务端开发经验，3年以上中重度项目开发经验，有从0到1完整上线经历优先。 2.熟悉lua等脚本语言开发，熟练使用c/c++，有skynet框架 或 go语言开发经验者优先。 3.熟练掌握MongoDB、Redis等存储产品，具备大规模数据存储和优化经验者。 4.熟悉网络编程，熟悉linux操作系统原理和常用工具使用。 5.熟悉分布式架构的设计和应用，有高并发下的容灾和性能调优开发经验。 6.有服务器引擎或架构编写经验者优先，担任过游戏服务器组长/主程经验者优先。 7.有大dau线上项目开发及维护经验者优先。
工作职责
1.负责服务器系统、模块的设计和开发。 2.负责服务器架构的扩展和维护，确保分布式集群的稳定性。 3.负责服务器异常问题排查以及热点问题的性能调优。
