任职要求
1.美术基本扎实，造型色彩感觉良好；熟悉事物的运动规律，能较好的设计并制作出流畅、有节奏的特效； 2.5年以上游戏行业3D特效从业经验； 3.熟练掌握Unity或UE等引擎特效相关模块并有3D手游开发经验；熟练运用3DMAX或MAYA以及Photoshop进行美术资源制作，有一定后期制作经验优先； 4.积极进取，沟通合作，思路清晰， 热爱游戏，关注游戏体验，结合本岗位工作配合产品改进游戏体验；具有较强的学习能力和创造力，热爱游戏事业，具有较强的团队意识，对团队合作及培养设计师有一定经验优先，乐于分享。 5.应聘该职位请提供以往作品。
工作职责
1.负责游戏中角色技能特效、场景特效的设计和制作； 2.推动项目特效编辑器的持续完善和优化； 3.与其它团队成员一起解决技术难题和其他挑战；
