任职要求
1. 计算机、自动化、电子信息或相关专业学士及以上学历； 2. 具备扎实的业务架构设计和代码开发能力； 3. 熟悉工程领域业界成熟技术， 对以下至少一个领域有深入理解：1）分布式系统；2）B/C业务系统或相关的微服务体系；3) Java技术栈和技术生态 4. 良好的逻辑思维能力，善于发现和推理不同事物之间的关系和影响，在复杂业务场景下能够分解和抽象问题，提供解决方案； 5. 较好的主动性和求知欲，良好的沟通协作能力；
工作职责
1. 负责到家场景搜索方向的工程优化工作； 2. 负责在线全链路上的各个模块的设计、研发和优化工作，如召回平台、业务排序平台、用户信息服务、语义理解服务等等； 3. 负责到家搜推系统中基础架构和核心框架的开发和优化，负责搜索业务架构、搜索API相关的业务支撑。 4. 结合产品和业务的需求，持续改善搜索用户体验，提升业务指标。
