工作职责
负责终端技术平台服务端的技术方案设计、需求把控、核心功能开发，将业务需求拆解细化并实施 指导并参与产品的架构规划、性能优化、故障排查和解决、安全加固等工作； 驱动团队与产品和其他技术团队密切合作； 构建团队并培养团队成员，组织技术分享，促进团队成员进步
