工作职责
1. Act as the country product business partner role in the product team, deeply involved in the entire process of product requirement management, launch introduction, benefits review, and feedback improvement. Provide product solution services to business teams in different countries to support business success. 2. Proactively identify potential opportunities and issues for the business teams through market research, user research, metric construction, and user feedback mechanism development. Drive closed-loop improvements between the product and business teams to enhance user experience. 3. Facilitate effective cross-national (and cross-time zone) communication and collaboration, establish and maintain long-term trusted relationships, and develop appropriate collaboration mechanisms. 4. 1.Manage the end-to-end API integration process for food delivery service providers and major restaurant partners (both local in Brazil and global). Handle onboarding, inquiries, technical support, and ticket resolution related to API integration. 2.Deeply understand the operational needs of chain restaurant clients; proactively identify pain points, leverage AI tools to assist in requirements gathering and solution design, and drive measurable improvements in merchant onboarding efficiency 3.Develop implementation strategies for integration solutions, working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure project success (e.g.order push, status sync, menu management). 4.Build and maintain relationships with local partners (e.g.Software services, PDV providers), coordinate internal resources, and provide technical support and integration solutions to partners.
1. 牵头构建全球稳定性保障体系，包括多区域实时监控、容量管理、SLA/SLO 指标治理、快速响应与自愈机制，确保平台稳定运行。 2. 设计并落地跨云、跨区域的容灾架构，覆盖多活部署、数据一致性、故障切换、灾备演练，提升整体业务连续性能力。 3. 推动全球合规支撑架构的前置规划，结合中心+边缘部署思路，构建支持国别合规要求的数据本地化、访问控制、存储隔离等技术能力。 4. 建立技术演练与审计机制，覆盖故障应急响应、灾难恢复、合规检查，强化平台在极端情况下的恢复力和审计追溯能力。 5. 协同产品、安全、法务、数据等多团队，推进稳定性与合规能力平台化、标准化，提升系统能力的可复制性与可持续演进能力。 6. 理解国际化基础设施建设需求，有过 i18n（国际化）/ l10n（本地化）相关平台能力搭建经验，包括多语言、多时区、多币种、多地址体系、文化习惯等底层能力支持。
汇报上级：国家D端负责人 负责KEETA配送业务定价与调度等方向的工作，设计符合当地市场的合理定价方案与调度体系； 设计不同配送模式（众包/加盟）和不同供需市场的策略，包括定价调度策略、合作商管理策略、体验管控策略，最大化配送效率及体验，达成成本目标、促进规模增长； 完成配送模式的设计，以及对应的配送一体化方案的建设。 从0到1搭建国家履约配送策略团队，培养并激励团队；沉淀本领域专业能力，加强人才培养。
1.Assist business team on the whole financial process, formulate and optimize financial processes and rules, provide professional financial advice and promote implementation. 2.Support financial matters for new countries/cities launch, ensure smooth business-related financial processes, and control financial risks. 3.Cooperate with professional financial teams such as accounting, tax, reporting, treasury, internal control, etc., to ensure all businesses comply with financial rules. 4.Evaluate the investment and expected return of new business, and provide financial support for business development. 5.Participate in the company's business plan related work, be responsible for the annual financial budget and rolling forecast, and conduct effective budget management together with the business. 6.Gain in-depth understanding of the business, work closely with business partners, establish an effective financial analysis system, conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identify opportunities and indicate risks. 7.Participate in the construction of financial digitalization and put forward demands and suggestions from the perspective of analysis and monitoring.
