任职要求

1.大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，具备物流或服务站相关领域的知识背景。
2.至少3年以上物流运营管理工作经验，熟悉物流运作流程和管理方法。
3.具备良好的团队管理能力，能够有效指导团队成员的工作，并推动团队目标的达成。
4.具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速响应并解决物流运作中的各类问题。
5.具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够其他相关部门保持良好的合作关系。
6.具备较强的组织和执行能力，能够制定并执行运营计划，确保按时完成任务。
1.Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, with knowledge background in logistics or service station related fields.
2.At least 3 years of experience in logistics operation and management, familiar with logistics operation process and management methods.
3.Good team management skills, able to effectively guide the work of team members and promote the achievement of team goals.
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to respond quickly and solve all kinds of problems in logistics operation.
5.Good communication and coordination skills, able to maintain a good relationship with other related departments.
6.Strong organisational and implementation skills, able to develop and implement operational plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.

工作职责

1.负责利雅得服务站的运营管理，确保运作工作顺畅、高效。
2.指导并协同团队成员的工作，确保团队目标的达成。
3.协调运输、仓储、分拣等物流环节，优化物流流程，提高运作效率，同时提升服务体验。
4.监控运营过程中的各项指标，及时发现问题并提出解决方案，确保整体运作质量。
5.负责制定和执行总部各项运营计划，确保按时完成任务。
6.与相关部门保持良好的合作关系，确保各协同部门工作畅通无阻。
1.Responsible for the operation and management of Riyadh service stations to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
2.Guide and collaborate with team members to ensure the achievement of team goals.
3.Coordinate with transport, warehousing, sorting and other logistics links to optimise the logistics process, improve operational efficiency and enhance the service experience.
4.Monitor the operation process indicators, timely detection of problems and propose solutions to ensure the overall quality of operations.
5.Responsible for the development and implementation of the headquarters of the various operational plans, to ensure that the task is completed on time.
6.Maintain good co-operative relationship with related departments to ensure the smooth flow of work of all synergistic departments.
