任职要求
1.大学本科及以上学历,物流管理或商超管理相关专业优先。 2.具备3年以上物流运营,商超店铺管理经验,有团队管理经验者优先。 3.熟悉物流运营流程和相关法规,具备较强的问题解决能力。 4.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够有效协调各部门间的合作关系。 5.具备较强的抗压能力和应变能力,能够在高强度的工作环境下保持积极的工作态度。
工作职责
1.负责利雅得服务站的日常运营管理,包括货物的收发、仓储管理工作。 2.确保货物的及时配送,协调各部门的协同工作,提高履约效率。 3.管理并指导团队成员,制定工作计划和流程,提高团队绩效。 4.负责仓库的管理,包括货物的进出库、库存管理、货物的损耗控制等。 5.负责对物流运营过程中出现的问题进行分析和解决,确保物流运营的顺畅进行。
1. Assist the station manager in merchandise operation and management, including merchandise receiving, shelving, stocking, processing, expiry date, quality, loss, warehouse management, to ensure the quality of the merchandise; 2. Assist the station manager in site maintenance, including the 6S standard, i.e., sorting, straightening, cleaning, cleanliness, quality and safety, to ensure safe and efficient operation; 3.Assist the station manager to be responsible for material management, including performance equipment, engineering equipment, turnover materials, tools, beauty class material distribution, daily operation, inventory, etc., to ensure that the account is consistent.
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Riyadh Service Station, including the receipt and dispatch of goods, and warehouse management. 2. Ensures timely delivery of goods, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration, and enhances fulfilment efficiency. 3. Manages and guides team members, develops work plans and procedures, and improves team performance. 4. Oversee warehouse management, encompassing goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, and loss prevention. 5. Analyse and resolve operational issues arising during logistics processes to guarantee seamless supply chain operations.

Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitor daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics. 3. Collect, provide feedback on, and resolve fulfillment issues in the region, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement. 4. Oversee the training of supervisors/riders in the region to enhance employees' overall quality and business capabilities. 5. Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.
