任职要求
1.College degree or above, about 2 years experience in chain shop operation and management / warehouse operation and management is preferred; 2. have a certain degree of knowledge of fresh commodities, familiar with loss control management, category management, etc., understanding of warehousing of the inventory management 3. good communication skills and cross-departmental teamwork spirit, good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, willing to accept challenges, results-oriented. 4. Good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure; Base Riyadh, with proficiency in English.
工作职责
1. Assist the station manager in merchandise operation and management, including merchandise receiving, shelving, stocking, processing, expiry date, quality, loss, warehouse management, to ensure the quality of the merchandise; 2. Assist the station manager in site maintenance, including the 6S standard, i.e., sorting, straightening, cleaning, cleanliness, quality and safety, to ensure safe and efficient operation; 3.Assist the station manager to be responsible for material management, including performance equipment, engineering equipment, turnover materials, tools, beauty class material distribution, daily operation, inventory, etc., to ensure that the account is consistent.
1. Responsible for the daily management of the dark store delivery module, developing regional delivery management plans and supervising on-site execution. 2. Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitor daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics. 3. Collect, provide feedback on, and resolve fulfillment issues in the region, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement. 4. Oversee the training of supervisors/riders in the region to enhance employees' overall quality and business capabilities. 5. Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensures timely delivery of goods, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration, and enhances fulfilment efficiency. 3. Manages and guides team members, develops work plans and procedures, and improves team performance. 4. Oversee warehouse management, encompassing goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, and loss prevention. 5. Analyse and resolve operational issues arising during logistics processes to guarantee seamless supply chain operations.
