任职要求


1. 本科及以上学历,美术、视觉设计、广告传媒等相关专业优先;
2. 2年以上视频创意、拍摄剪辑或内容运营经验,有当地市场或互联网行业经验者加分。
3. 熟悉当地主流视频平台(如TikTok、YouTube、Kwai)及热门内容形式(如短剧、Reaction视频等)。
4. 具备从创意到成片的完整项目案例(需提供作品集)。
5. 当地母语沟通能力(必备)。商务英语沟通能力。
6. 视频制作能力:精通剪辑软件(如Final Cut Pro、CapCut),掌握基础特效及调色技能。
7. 了解拍摄流程,能操作相机/手机拍摄及灯光布置者优先。
8. 创意策划能力:擅长捕捉当地流行文化元素,能将品牌信息转化为吸引用户的视频创意。具备优秀的脚本撰写及分镜设计能力。
9. 本地化能力:对当地社交媒体趋势、用户审美及幽默风格有深刻理解。能撰写本地化视频文案。
10. 团队协作:能与市场、运营及设计团队高效配合,适应快节奏工作。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Fine Arts, Visual Design, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in video creative, shooting/editing, or content operations; experience in local markets or the internet industry is a plus.
3. Familiar with mainstream local video platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Kwai) and popular content formats (e.g., short dramas, reaction videos).
4. Proven track record of end-to-end video projects — from ideation to final production (portfolio required).
5. Native-level proficiency in the local language (required). Strong business English communication skills.
6. Video Production Skills:Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, CapCut), with solid skills in basic visual effects and color grading.
7. Understanding of shooting workflows; ability to operate cameras/mobile devices and manage lighting setup is a plus.
8. Strong grasp of local pop culture trends; able to translate brand messages into compelling, locally resonant video concepts.Excellent scriptwriting and storyboard development capabilities.
9. Localization Skills: Deep understanding of local social media trends, and humor styles. Skilled at writing localized video copy.
10. Team Collaboration:Strong team player who can work efficiently with marketing, operations, and design teams. Comfortable in fast-paced work environments.

工作职责


视频内容策划
1. 根据品牌调性与营销目标,策划符合当地市场偏好的视频创意方案(包括短视频、广告片、直播内容等)。
2. 结合本地文化、热点趋势及平台特性(如TikTok、Instagram Reels、YouTube),设计高互动性视频脚本。

视频制作与剪辑
1. 协同团队完成视频拍摄、剪辑及后期制作(涵盖创意剪辑、特效、字幕、音效等)。
2. 确保视频内容质量高、节奏感强,并符合品牌视觉规范。

本地化创意落地
1. 针对当地用户偏好,优化视频语言风格、视觉元素及叙事方式,提升内容共鸣度。
2. 参与本地化创意脑暴,提出创新性视频传播形式(如挑战赛、UGC互动等)。

数据分析与优化
1. 监测视频内容表现(如完播率、互动率、转化率等),基于数据反馈持续优化创意策略。

Video Content Planning
1. Develop creative video concepts aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives, tailored to local market preferences (including short videos, commercials, livestream content, etc.).
2. Design highly engaging video scripts that incorporate local culture, trending topics, and platform characteristics (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube).

Video Production & Editing
1. Collaborate with the team to execute video shooting, editing, and post-production (including creative editing, visual effects, subtitles, and sound design).
2. Ensure video content is high-quality, rhythmically engaging, and aligned with brand visual guidelines.

Localized Creative Execution
1. Optimize video language style, visual elements, and storytelling techniques based on local user preferences to enhance resonance and relatability.
2. Participate in localized creative brainstorming and propose innovative video formats (e.g., challenges, UGC interactions).

Data Analysis & Optimization
1. Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., completion rate, engagement rate, conversion rate), and continuously refine creative strategies based on data-driven insights.
