1.大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。 2.至少2年及以上软件开发经验，有平台类、支付类业务开发经验者优先。 3.熟悉常用数据库、缓存、队列等后端技术栈，并深刻理解相关原理。 4.具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力，具备较强的学习能力和主动性。 5.具备良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，能够与多个团队成员协同工作。 具备以下条件优先 1.具备银行、第三方支付等相关从业经验者优先； 2.具有架构设计、代码优化、性能调优、数据库优化经验者优先； 3.具有中大型项目开发经验，具备分布式、高并发、高可用系统设计、开发经验者优先。
工作职责
1.负责美团支付业务收单交易平台的开发，进行交易平台关键业务能力的持续建设和优化，做到又好又快交付。 2.参与收单交易平台的架构优化工作，持续提升平台可扩展性及业务迭代效率。 3.参与平台的技术风险治理工作，持续提升系统在高并发场景下的高可用水平。
