工作职责
Product Testing, Procurement, and System Integration Validate local products based on headquarters' architecture standards and execute procurement and device purchases. Collaborate with headquarters and local service providers for the purchase, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems. Manage system integration projects to ensure solutions align with headquarters' technical requirements and optimize execution according to local needs. IT Infrastructure and Network Management Develop and implement localized IT solutions, ensuring maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards. Monitor office network quality using headquarters' tools, gather user feedback, and implement improvements. Track, manage, and inventory local IT infrastructure resources, resolve application issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity. Service Management and Coordination Manage onsite services including desktop operations, IT asset management, and maintenance of public IT services. Coordinate local service provider resources for rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel and equipment. Manage service SLAs, track performance, drive improvement projects, and ensure delivery quality. Standard Procedures, Reporting, and Team Management Provide standard operating procedures and documentation support, regularly report progress on localized solutions to headquarters. Understand onsite service needs through employee interviews and ticket analysis, continuously improve IT service and product experiences. Manage service providers and team members, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and personnel development.
• Be a subject matter expert on databases, particularly on Relational Databases, able to discuss with customer on database modelling, migration, performance testing and day to day operations • Have wide ranging experience with open source and commercial databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle & SQL Server…etc • Be familiar with major cloud service providers in using it for deployment of workloads (AWS, Alicloud, GCP, Azure…etc) • Be a technical expert on all aspects of OceanBase (compatibility assessment, deployment, administration, development, migration…etc) • Facilitate introduction, discussion and demonstration of OceanBase’s technology, vision and value proposition either via individual or group sessions with customers • Engage and discover prospects’ pain points, business/technical challenges and identify how OceanBase can add value • Run Proof of Concept projects with customers to validate OceanBase’s capabilities Support post sale OceanBase implementation with OceanBase delivery team • Maintain deep understanding of competitive as well as complementary technologies and how to position OceanBase DB in relation to them • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve OceanBase product and position in the market
1、日常运维 • 负责数据中心日常运维及管理工作，制定数据中心基础设施运维策略与运维计划，保障设施稳定性，均衡考虑运维质量、效率、成本及安全； • 通过设施数字化运维管理，提高机房管控能力和兜底能力，保障维修及时率、风险闭环率等各项指标达标。 2、安全合规 • 落实数据中心内相关岗位的安全生产要求，推动数据中心在环保、职业健康、法务、廉正等方面的合规运营，防止出现人员/设备的重大责任事故、行政处罚/责令整改等被动监管事件。 • 识别安全合规风险，建立并完善风险管理机制，负责重大事件的上报和跟踪处理。 • 建立属地资源网络管理，推动与属地政府关系的全方位深化，为属地稳定安全合规运营提供坚实保障。 3、优化改进 • 负责所辖数据中心的设施运维工作优化，制定/梳理阿里IDC运维管理制度、操作手册、应急管理流程和应急操作预案。 • 负责阿里IDC能效优化工作，实现机房高效运行。 • 负责协同经营成本团队，通过建立成本分析模型、人效模型，实现对成本效率的精细化分析管控，达成经营目标。 4、技术支撑 • 负责数据中心运维侧技术管理，能带领团队通过技术管理为数据中心设计、设备选型等技术迭代提供技术支撑。 • 承担业务设备的现场技术支持，了解业务需求和网络结构，通过团队合作有效支撑数据中心运营。 5、团队管理 • 负责数据中心运维团队的日常管理、考核、人才梯队建设、能力培养，规划数据中心运维人员技术培训工作，提升运维团队服务水平。 • 建立与运营商、上级主管等部门间顺畅的沟通渠道，防止出现数据中心运营风险，确保阿里运营策略要求合规落地。
1、负责阿里云专有云IAAS/大模型/PAAS/大数据/中间件等产品的运维专家支持、整体解决方案服务及优化建议，使客户的IT架构、性能等层面得到更好的优化与提升，制定相关的技术方案并予以支持落地。 2、负责对事件、故障的跟踪、剖析、总结与知识库沉淀，出具技术方案并推动相关产品团队解决落地，同时赋能一线运维团队自运维能力； 3、负责产品巡检工具与问题诊断分析工具开发，提升客户云平台的预警与异常自发现能力，提升用户的满意度。 4、直面AI智能运维、云原生Serverless架构、全业务容灾、系统自治等巅峰挑战，提供技术底盘及业务能力支持。 5、完成核心技术攻关，识别和解决潜在的技术风险
1.负责政务行业的售前解决方案工作，充分利用腾讯产品和能力形成解决方案，支持并推动政务项目落地； 2.基于行业发展及市场动向，不断探索相关行业发展方向，并整合公司及合作伙伴资源，推进相关解决方案的进一步完善； 3.深耕政务行业和相关领域，沉淀行业解决方案，跟进项目，达成公司制定的考核目标； 4.参与跨部门、跨行业合作，推动垂直行业和相关领域重点工作的聚焦，帮助跨部门跨行业团队协作工作； 5.有大数据局、人社、水利、住建等行业项目经验。
