任职要求
1.有Java后端研发经验，本科以上学历，研发基本功扎实。 2.了解SSI框架及Redis、Kafka、es、RPC框架等分布式中间件原理及使用。 3.了解Linux、JVM等相关知识； 4.具备良好的业务理解能力，有基本的业务系统建模及高性能、高可用、高可扩展性系统设计理解。 5.编码风格良好，注重代码质量，具备良好的执行力和工作方法。 6.具备良好的沟通能力、责任心及团队合作精神，有较强的分析和解决问题能力。 具备以下条件优先 1、具备互联网系统开发和线上问题排查经验者优先； 2、有大模型相关算法研究、技术掌握和应用实践者优先。
工作职责
1.支持到店餐饮、住宿、旅游、休闲娱乐、丽人医美等业务，参与CRM核心系统业务需求设计与开发。 2.参与CRM平台化建设，构建面向服务零售行业的数字化、智能化SaaS + PaaS平台。 3.探索各种AGI的CRM场景及应用，紧跟大模型的发展和突破，为团队提供新的视角和认知； 4.参与系统的高可用建设，做好系统日常运维，确保系统稳定。 5.发现并解决当前系统中存在的问题，持续提升系统效率和质量。
