Develop an objective management indicator system, leveraging efficient data tools and organizational mechanisms to manage franchise brand team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 2.Operational Analysis: Utilize inputs from industry, competitive, and merchant information to gain insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunity points. 3.Sales Strategy Breakdown:Through operational analysis and exploration, identify business growth opportunities, and formulate feasible sales strategies and frontline execution paths. 4.Project Management: Employ project management methods to ensure effective execution of critical business objectives and strategies. Analyze and swiftly assess the feasibility and risks of chain brand team objectives, harnessing resources from strategies, products, and operation team to drive the achievement of business goals for chain brand teams.
Establish and implement the sales strategy and plan, lead the Southeast Asia & Middle East sales business to achieve the annual sales target for the company. Build up and maintain the strategic partnership with Southeast Asia & Middle East key accounts and upsell company's new solutions to improve company's revenue and profit. Motivate the people in sales team to ensure that their competencies, skills and know-how are best used, whereby company has a well-functioning, high performance team.

Job responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the public sector, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify target markets, segments, and key decision-makers within the public sector. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, including government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector, including tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), and strategic partnerships. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the organization's products or services. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Sales Performance and Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities. Develop sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support sales planning and resource allocation decisions.
