任职要求
1.硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、图像处理、自动驾驶等相关专业。 2. 具有优秀的编程能力，熟悉PyTorch、Tensorflow等深度学习框架，能熟练进行模型研发和测试； 3. 具备一定的科研能力，能够承担科研探索工作和先进技术落地推进工作。 具备以下条件优先 1.在设计、训练、评估和部署视觉模型（尤其是多模态大模型、生成模型等）方面有深刻的理解。 2.在NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/CVPR等会议或期刊上发表过论文。 3. 具备团队管理能力，能带领团队承接目标，拆解任务，完成交付。
工作职责
1. 负责建设基于视觉的感知算法，并以视觉为出发点，通过提升感知算法效果，提升无人车整体算法效果。 2. 负责建设虚实结合的视觉数据生成算法链路。

实习无人车业务部
1、参与分析自动驾驶在道路测试和仿真测试中的行为表现，协助为自动驾驶策略改进提供可行性建议和数据支撑，在实践中学习如何将专业知识与实际业务结合。 2、学习监控业务指标波动，尝试执行基础下钻分析以反馈问题，并跟进及验证问题解决情况，逐步培养问题处理能力。 3、协助承担Case 的分析、聚类工作，跟进其闭环过程，在实践中掌握问题跟踪与解决的完整流程。 4、支持跨团队项目中的数据收集、整理、分析需求，在协作中提升沟通与团队合作能力。
