Skills:
1、Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
2、Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and identify opportunities for process improvement.
3、Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
4、Knowledge of Kuwait’s labor, transportation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications or experience in regulatory affairs or compliance are a plus.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Logistics Compliance. This role is crucial in helping Keeta establish strong working relationships with local government bodies and regulatory agencies in Kuwait, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with all local laws and regulations in the delivery industry. The ideal candidate should have a background in government relations, regulatory affairs, or relevant public sector roles, especially in the context of logistics, transportation, or food delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1、Government Relations & Compliance Management: Establish and maintain connections with key government departments related to food delivery. Navigate local regulatory frameworks, ensuring Keeta is fully compliant with transportation, health and labor laws. Act as the main liaison between Keeta and logistic relevant authorities to facilitate business operations and approvals. Ensure that all compliance processes are properly documented and followed. 2、Regulatory & Legal Support: Provide guidance and support in obtaining necessary permits and certifications, including health cards for riders and food safety approvals for delivery operations. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation to local authorities. Keep track of any changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise internal teams on necessary adaptations. 3、Process Optimization: Collaborate with local authorities to streamline the compliance process and ensure timely approvals for new operations or service expansions. Identify potential risks or gaps in compliance and propose solutions to mitigate these risks effectively.
1.Partner Compliance Framework · Lead end-to-end compliance management for delivery partners, establishing risk control mechanisms (e.g., rider licensing programs, vehicle inspections) aligned with local government regulations. 2.Proactive Risk Mitigation · Design and implement "Prevent-Detect-Resolve" strategies to address regulatory risks (e.g pre-license verification, real-time monitoring, post-violation corrections). 3.Accountability System · Develop a closed-loop partner governance model, including:①Penalties for non-compliance (e.g fines, suspensions);②Root-cause analysis and strategy refinement 4.Regulatory Intelligence · Monitor local regulatory trends (e.g labor laws, safety policies) and benchmark against industry best practices to propose actionable solutions. 5.Cross-functional Leadership · Coordinate with Legal, Public Policy, and Operations teams to streamline compliance processes without compromising delivery efficiency.
1. 3PL Access Management: Develop and oversee the entry criteria and standards for 3PL partners across different cities and countries. 2. Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking studies against competitors to align and enhance our 3PL access strategies. 3. Standards Development: Establish comprehensive criteria for 3PL entry, assessment, and rider evaluation standards. 4. Lead Generation and Screening: Identify potential 3PL leads through various channels such as Google Ads and other marketing platforms. Develop effective screening processes to select the best partners for collaboration. 5. Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to assess and improve 3PL performance metrics. 6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and to adapt strategies accordingly.
1. Establishing governance models to ensure adherence to multi-jurisdictional labour regulations and enterprise risk standards. 2. Leading strategic design of compliance and onboarding ecosystems. 3. Championing cross-functional alignment between legal, operations leadership and other cross-functional teams. 4. Developing and implementing comprehensive safety protocols, including insurance frameworks and rider protection programs, to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce safety. 5. Directing audit intelligence systems with predictive analytics capabilities and root-cause resolution protocols. 6. Pioneering process innovation through automation solutions and data-driven workflow optimisations.
1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance strategies for 3PL partners and riders in line with local regulatory requirements. 2. Monitor and ensure 3PL partner compliance with Emirates regulatory standards (e.g., RTA) and company policies. 3. Perform risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards. 4. Collaborate with legal and operations teams to develop and update company compliance policies. 5. Provide training to 3PL partners on compliance matters and regulatory updates. 6. Maintain strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure the company stays aligned with new regulations. 7. Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to ensure the company’s compliance practices are up to date. 8. Manage communication with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance reports are submitted on time. 9. Complete any other tasks assigned by the manager related to compliance.
