工作职责
1.Partner Compliance Framework · Lead end-to-end compliance management for delivery partners, establishing risk control mechanisms (e.g., rider licensing programs, vehicle inspections) aligned with local government regulations. 2.Proactive Risk Mitigation · Design and implement "Prevent-Detect-Resolve" strategies to address regulatory risks (e.g pre-license verification, real-time monitoring, post-violation corrections). 3.Accountability System · Develop a closed-loop partner governance model, including:①Penalties for non-compliance (e.g fines, suspensions);②Root-cause analysis and strategy refinement 4.Regulatory Intelligence · Monitor local regulatory trends (e.g labor laws, safety policies) and benchmark against industry best practices to propose actionable solutions. 5.Cross-functional Leadership · Coordinate with Legal, Public Policy, and Operations teams to streamline compliance processes without compromising delivery efficiency.
1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance strategies for 3PL partners and riders in line with local regulatory requirements. 2. Monitor and ensure 3PL partner compliance with Emirates regulatory standards (e.g., RTA) and company policies. 3. Perform risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards. 4. Collaborate with legal and operations teams to develop and update company compliance policies. 5. Provide training to 3PL partners on compliance matters and regulatory updates. 6. Maintain strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and government agencies to ensure the company stays aligned with new regulations. 7. Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to ensure the company’s compliance practices are up to date. 8. Manage communication with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance reports are submitted on time. 9. Complete any other tasks assigned by the manager related to compliance.
1. Onboarding Process Management Own and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for 3PL partners Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure partner materials (e.g.CNPJ, tax records, bank statements) meet all regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date onboarding SOPs and proactively identify process improvements. 2. Data Tracking & Reporting Design and maintain onboarding dashboards to track pipeline status, cycle time, and qualification outcomes. Generate regular reports to support business decisions, including partner pass rates, document completeness, and compliance gaps. Monitor 3PL partner performance during early ramp-up period to flag potential risks. 3. Data Analysis & Automation Use SQL to extract and analyze onboarding and partner data from internal databases. Build data queries and lightweight automations to streamline partner tracking and compliance monitoring. Support ad-hoc analysis related to 3PL structure, coverage, risk signals, or partner segmentation.
Formulate and review HR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide support for (take lead and coordinate) various compliance projects and audit exercises to guarantee the organization's HR practices meet all legal and regulatory standards. Lead the development and revision employment policies and procedures, compliance trainings, supporting resources, etc. in alignment with local legislation, regional business needs and global strategies. Stay current with developments in HR-related laws and regulations and make certain that the organization's policies remain up-to-date and compliant. (Remain informed on local policy, trends and updates to legislation, recognizing the impact to current policies and procedures, and taking the appropriate partners to remain compliant and/or get ahead of any trends in legislation.) Review, communicate and action opportunities identified from compliance reporting, monitoring and assessments, including follow-up action to drive accountability around the completion of mandatory compliance trainings and acknowledgements. Respond to employment policy and compliance inquiries and consult on escalated policy and compliance related employee relations matters. Work Location: China-Shenzhen | Hong Kong

Ensure partners meet minimum operational and legal requirements. 5. Propose system and process optimizations in collaboration with internal teams. 6. Monitor partner performance and recommend adjustments when necessary.
