任职要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3年以上前端开发经验，具有扎实的计算机科学与技术功底，较强的编程能力和问题解决能力。 2. 具备扎实的前端基础（JavaScript/TypeScript/CSS3）、丰富的前端主流框架（React/Vue/小程序）实战经验。 4. 具有一定的后端开发经验，熟悉 Node.js，使用过至少一个框架（Express/Koa等）; 4. 具备良好的团队协作沟通能力，有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、归纳、解决问题，能持续学习和总结，自我迭代； 5. 对新技术有强烈的学习欲望和自我驱动力，具备良好的解决问题能力。 具备以下条件优先 1、具有大型小程序项目实战经验，熟悉小程序框架原理及性能优化，有负责具备一定复杂度和规模化产品方向者优先; 2、有 AI Coding 实践经验，在该领域有一定的认知和理解优先。
工作职责
1. 负责站外生态联盟分销方向核心业务研发，保障研发过程中的质量、交付周期、产品稳定性和用户体验。 2. 负责前端技术方案设计与技术选型决策，建设高可用小程序技术体系和质量保障。 3. 推动前端智能化转型，探索AI技术在代码生成/质量检测/提效等场景的落地应用。 4. 负责指导新人和初中级同学，定期参与培训与分享，提升团队整体技术水平。
