任职要求
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and financial BP. Prior experience as a Finance BP in internet or logistics companies is a strong plus. 2.Strong business acumen, numerical sensitivity, and data analysis skills, along with solid written communication abilities. Proficiency in SQL or similar data query languages is preferred. 3.Proficient in English listening, reading, and speaking, with the ability to collect bilingual materials and conduct academic research in both Chinese and English. 4.Quick learner with strong logical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities; innovative mindset and a strong team player.
工作职责
1.Financial Support for New Market Expansion: Provide financial support for business teams entering new countries, collaborating with accounting, settlement, tax, and treasury teams to deliver timely and professional financial solutions. 2.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for the fulfillment platform; build indicator framework and monitor budget execution. 3.Financial Data Systems and Model Building: Develop the financial data infrastructure for the Middle East logistics platform, and continuously build and iterate regional financial models. 4.Industry Research and Analysis: Monitor industry trends in the Middle East fulfillment/logistics sector, research market dynamics and best practices to inform business strategy and provide actionable insights.

Rider Supply & Shift Management Develop effective rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment Manage daily shift inventory to guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots 3. 实时监控与运营优化 建立实时供需监控机制,识别供给不足或冗余区域 快速响应市场变化,动态调整区域配置与排班计划 调整履约半径、扩大服务边界,或临时压缩运营区域,保障核心区域履约 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment Implement real-time dashboards to monitor live supply-demand balance React quickly to fluctuations by reassigning zones and shifts dynamically Dynamic resizing of delivery zones to protect service quality in core areas 4. 策略制定与流程优化 参与骑手上线规则、跨区域派单策略、库存释放机制等制度设计 优化骑手排班效率、上线率与履约率,提升整体运营表现 基于履约数据,推动 rider utilization、服务覆盖率的持续优化 4. 1/制定并持续完善骑手线下督导SOP,涵盖抽检流程、检查清单、评估标准和奖惩机制。 2/依据客户投诉率、客户满意度、骑手服务准时率、装备合规率及安全事故等核心指标,设计区域抽检计划并组织实施。 3/现场核查骑手对履约SOP、服务话术、行为规范、着装礼仪及安全操作的执行情况,进行评分、指导与现场纠偏。 4/确保政府及平台合规要求(证件审核、安全防护、装备佩戴)得到有效落地,配合执法与稽查,维护运营合规底线。 5/汇总分析督导数据、客户与骑手反馈,产出月度/季度督导报告,推动跨部门优化改进和专项提升项目落地。 6/与服务体验团队、3PL管理团队及培训团队密切协作,协同推进流程优化、培训覆盖与服务体验升级。 1/Develop and continuously refine the on-site rider supervision SOP, covering sampling inspection processes, checklists, evaluation criteria, and reward-and-penalty mechanisms. 2/Design and implement regional sampling plans based on core metrics—customer complaint rate, customer satisfaction, rider on-time service rate, equipment compliance rate, and safety incident rate. 3/Conduct on-site audits to verify riders’ adherence to fulfillment SOPs, service scripts, behavioral standards, dress-code etiquette, and safety procedures; score performance, provide guidance, and correct deviations in real time. 4/Ensure compliance with government and platform requirements (document verification, safety gear usage, equipment checks); support law enforcement and audits to uphold operational compliance. 5/Compile and analyze supervision data alongside customer and rider feedback; produce monthly and quarterly supervision reports to drive cross-departmental improvements and targeted enhancement projects. 6/Work closely with the service-experience, 3PL management, and training teams to align on process optimizations, expand training coverage, and elevate overall service standards.
1、负责keeta中东地区配送策略的迭代优化,包含配送区域优化、供需匹配、预期管理等方向,以提升配送效率与用户体验,从而推动订单增长。Responsible for iteratively optimizing delivery strategies for Keeta in the Middle East region, including areas such as delivery area optimization, supply-demand matching, and customer's expectation management. The goal is to enhance delivery efficiency and user experience, thereby driving order growth. 2、负责业务的运营数据分析,对核心业务指标进行日常监控和分析,围绕业务关键环节提出解决优化方案,并方案推动落地。Responsible for operational data analysis of the business, conducting daily monitoring and analysis of core business metrics, proposing optimization solutions for key business processes, and driving the implementation of these solutions. 3、评估现有配送策略、监控关键指标,为一线运营提供支持。Evaluate existing delivery strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and provide support for frontline operations. 4、其他日常运营工作,例如对国家侧需求和信息对接并推动解决、信息交互等。Address daily operational matters, such as country-specific requests and information coordination, and facilitate solutions.
