工作职责
1. Conduct user research to understand the behaviors, preferences, and needs of users in Qatar. 2. Track and analyze competitive market trends, identifying opportunities to give Keeta a strategic edge. 3. Leverage local cultural knowledge to collaborate in user growth strategy discussions, providing innovative suggestions. 4. Organize findings into reports and documents to assist in decision-making.
1.User Growth Support: Assist in planning and executing localized user growth campaigns, including new user conversion, engagement stimulation, and retention optimization, to support the operations team in achieving monthly user growth targets. 2.Data Analysis and User Insights: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing user behavior data to extract insights and provide optimization recommendations; Track the data performance of various operational activities, conduct post-mortem reviews, and suggest improvements. 3.Market Research and Survey Support: Participate in the design and execution of local market research projects in the Middle East, including questionnaire drafting, street interviews, and desk research; Generate regular analytical reports on user demographics, preferences, and behavioral trends. 4.Localized Content and Operational Support: Assist in drafting marketing content, push notifications, and social media materials; Help manage user communities and online interactions, collect user feedback, and compile it into requirement documents. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with product, technology, and customer service teams to drive user experience optimization and feature iterations.
