工作职责
1. Conduct user research interviews to gather insights and feedback to help refine new user strategy convey. 2. Localize communication points and benefits for target markets. 3. Support the formulation of channel growth strategies, including collaborations with government, corporate, and educational institutions.
What You'll Do 1.User Growth Strategy Development: Responsible for formulating and executing user growth strategies, understanding user growth logic, and building a sustainable user growth system. 2.User Segmentation & Retention: Establish a user segmentation system, categorize user groups and design relevant mechanisms to increase user stickiness, contribution and loyalty, promoting retention and activity. 3.Channel Expansion & Optimization: Deeply understand emerging traffic and new approaches, explore effective new user acquisition channels and strategies with continuous optimization to reach target users. 4.Data Analysis & Product Improvement: Analyze user behavior data to identify new growth opportunities in user acquisition/activity/retention, and continuously collaborate with product teams for product enhancement. 5.Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with product, technology and other teams, align resources and promote project implementation.
· Analyze the outbound travel market trends for users in Southeast Asia and Asia, develop growth strategies for various travel product categories (such as flights, hotels, attraction tickets, taxi services, car rentals, etc.) before and during travel, assist and empower Ant International Alipay+ operations in global regions, collaborate with key industry merchants to enhance the growth of Alipay+ travel solutions, and be responsible for core metrics such as DAU, retention rate, number of new customers placing orders, and repurchase rate; · Based on the demands of cross-border travel business, formulate industry marketing strategies and plans by integrating Alipay+ brand/local wallets/internal and external partners/industry marketing resources, nodes, and tactics, to enhance the brand perception of Alipay+ travel solutions, achieving healthy user growth through productization; · Analyze user needs, tags, and profiles, and leverage data insights to discover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods, conduct refined operations and lifecycle management for users, and achieve scalable and sustainable business growth; · Collaborate efficiently with UED, product, and technology teams to lead the planning and launch of growth projects; work closely with marketing and local wallet teams to build marketing tactics and interactions, facilitate internal and external communication, jointly promote the implementation of marketing strategies, and enhance user activity and order volume.

Lead growth strategies for Alipay and A+ wallet users in these destinations to drive transaction growth in outbound travel within the region. ● Collaborate with key industry merchants and commercial areas to enhance cross-border travel experiences for Alipay+/A+ wallet users. ● Develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns by leveraging platform/industry resources, seasonal opportunities, and innovative engagement models to strengthen Alipay+ as the preferred payment solution for cross-border travel. ● Drive user growth through productization initiatives and data-driven approaches. ● Partner closely with regional BD teams to design localized integrated marketing campaigns with key merchant partners, ensuring sustainable business growth.
