工作职责
1.Data Analysis: Monitor key business metrics, identify operational issues through variance analysis, and drive problem-solving and optimization initiatives. 2.Data Infrastructure Development: Participate in designing indicator systems, developing data dashboards, and managing data-related requests. 3.Team Support: Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks and other assigned projects. 1.数据分析：监控业务关键指标，通过异动分析，发现业务问题，并推动解决优化； 2.数据建设：参与指标体系设计、数据看板开发、数据需求管理等工作； 3.团队支持：协助团队完成临时交办的其他工作。

Market Research: Assist the team in conducting expert interviews, user surveys, and merchant interviews to gain in-depth understanding of industry, merchant, user needs and feedback and competitive intelligence. Deliver analytical reports to support decision-making. 2. Data Analysis: Able to build analytical models based on internal and external data to estimate targets, budgets, and evaluate ROIs, etc. 3.
