任职要求
1. 学历与经验:本科及以上学历,具有至少3年互联网、物流或O2O(线上到线下)行业的工作经验,具有物流运营、物流分析、战略或数据分析相关经验者优先。 2. 全球视野与沟通能力:具有全球视野,系统性思维,资源整合能力强,具备优秀的沟通与协调能力。 3. 分析能力:具备较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力,并熟练使用各种数据分析工具。 4. 语言能力:有一定的英语基础,能进行日常对话。
工作职责
1. 负责新运力模骑手运营规则设计,包括订单分配调度模式、招募、定价、活动补贴、权益、考核、准入准出等; 2. 通过分析上游需求变化、现有运力问题、借鉴行业内其他运力模式,提出运力模式的迭代方向,优化整体运力结构,实现成本体验目标; 3. 监控配送业务关键指标,优化流程及监控sop,赋能城市运营,指导城市提升运营效率。
1.Design Delivery Pricing Models: Proactively design delivery pricing models that address local business pain points. Build efficient pricing models to increase order acceptance rates, optimize user experience, and meet diverse business scenarios and customer needs. 2.Optimize Delivery Pricing Strategies: Responsible for optimizing and operating delivery pricing strategies, including daily monitoring and analysis, and collaborating with product and algorithm teams to continuously improve delivery experiences at all stages through algorithm and product improvements, thereby increasing delivery efficiency. 3.Monitor Market Demand: Monitor changes in market demand, analyze internal supply issues, and other delivery strategies adopted by companies in the industry to continuously enhance cost efficiency. 4.Data Monitoring and Problem Solving: Monitor supply and delivery experience data daily, weekly, and monthly, identify regional supply issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategies/incentives to achieve supply quantity and experience goals. 1. 设计配送定价交易模式:主动设计能够解决本地业务痛点的配送定价交易模式。构建高效的定价交易模型,提升订单接受率,优化用户体验,满足多样化的业务场景和客户需求。 2. 优化配送定价策略:负责优化和运营配送定价策略,包括日常监控、分析,并与产品和算法团队合作,通过算法和产品改进不断提升各阶段的配送体验,从而提高配送效率。 3. 监控市场需求:监控市场需求变化,分析内部供给问题以及行业内其他公司采用的配送策略,不断提升成本效率。 4. 数据监控与问题解决:每日、每周和每月监控供给和配送体验数据,识别区域性供给问题,并通过产品或运营策略/激励措施推动解决方案,以实现供给数量和体验目标。
1.Lead merchant-side analysis for food delivery business, supporting frontline operations in business understanding, marketing campaigns, product experience optimization, merchant research, and strategy formulation to enhance operational efficiency. 2.Identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for scenarios including performance analysis, business monitoring, and team management. Design and maintain data dashboards and data products to improve data accessibility for cross-functional teams. 3.Conduct deep-dive analysis using advanced analytics tools/methods to uncover actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and address critical business challenges to drive optimization. 4.Deliver thematic studies to provide data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making, product roadmaps, and business strategies. 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, Algorithms) to execute data-driven strategies and ensure measurable business impact. 1.负责外卖业务商家侧分析,支持前线的业务理解、营销活动、产品体验、商家研究、策略制定等,提升整体运营效率; 2.洞察业务需求,建设在经营分析、业务监控、团队管理等不同场景下的指标体系,搭建和维护数据看板,建设数据产品,提升前后线团队的数据使用效率和便捷性; 3.深入理解业务,运用数据分析工具和方法,挖掘数据背后信息,产生业务洞察,发现机会点,回答业务的关键问题,驱动业务优化迭代; 4.通过专题分析,对具体业务问题进入深入分析,为公司运营决策、产品方向、业务策略提供专业意见和信息输入; 5.与前线、运营、产品、算法、技术等团队协同合作,推进策略的落地执行,为业务结果负责。

Including strategy operation plans, product iteration ideas and business model optimization solutions; 3.Think about the existing dispatch strategy, monitor key indicators, and empower local operations; 1.负责 Keeta配送调度场景优化和运营工作,包括供需匹配、配送区域优化、路径规划等,优化配送效率及体验促进订单规模增长; 2.能够主动使用各种分析方法,结合对于业务的认知,提出创造性的业务优化方案,包括但不限于策略运营方案、产品迭代思路及业务模式优化方案; 3.对现有的调度策略进行思考,监控关键指标,赋能本地运营;
1. 对B端经营分析体系的质量负责,完善输入、输出指标,迭代会议与报告形式,提升信息密度、准确性与及时性。 2. 对B端各项指标口径的准确性、一致性、可得性负责,围绕业务目标制定并迭代合理且严谨的指标口径,并与数据产品、商分保持高度共识。 3. 配合业务策略方向输出专项报告,包括复杂问题的研究、关键策略的复盘等。为业务决策提供高质量的信息输入。 4. 为B端团队建设数据看板,支撑业务日常看数需求;配合产品运营推动常用看板的产品化与可视化。 5. 搭建团队,招募并培养有行业洞见、有专业深度的分析师团队。 1. Responsible for the quality of the B-side business analysis system, improving metrics, iterating meeting and report formats to enhance information density, accuracy, and timeliness. 2. Responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and availability of B-side metrics, formulating reasonable and rigorous metric standards, and maintaining high consensus with data products and business divisions. 3. Produce specialized reports, including project pre-research and key strategy reviews, providing high-quality information input for business decision-making. 4. Develop data dashboards for the B-side team to support daily data needs; collaborate with product operations to drive the productization and visualization of dashboards. 5. Build the team, recruit and develop an analyst team with insights and professional depth.
