Lead supply operations strategy across a defined multi-city region. Oversee delivery KPIs (SLA, cost, efficiency) and drive consistent performance across the region. Manage and mentor a team of City Business Partners (BPs) and guide their execution plans. Allocate resources (fleet, budget, incentives) strategically across cities based on volume and demand patterns. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, and central ops to resolve city-level gaps. Own escalation handling, regional compliance, and operational governance. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Regional Category Manager ( Fashion) to focus on consumer insights, market analysis, fashion trends, and category strategy development across six Southeast Asian markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, formulating category growth strategies, optimizing Lazada’s product assortment, and identifying new business opportunities Key Responsibilities: (1) Consumer Insights & Market Analysis • Study consumer behavior across different Southeast Asian markets and build accurate user personas. • Analyze market competition and define the industry landscape in different countries. • Leverage internal platform data to identify key consumer trends and refine category strategies. (2) Fashion Trends & Assortment Analysis • Monitor global and Southeast Asian fashion trends and analyze their impact on local markets. • Analyze Lazada’s existing product assortment to ensure alignment with consumer demand. • Use data analytics to identify market gaps and introduce trending new products and categories. (3) Opportunity Identification & Strategy Development • Develop category growth strategies and identify breakthrough opportunities through data analysis and market research. • Break down category growth targets and coordinate with relevant teams for execution. • Refine product selection strategies to enhance the competitiveness and conversion rate of core products. (4) Data-driven Decision Making & Optimization • Analyze user, industry, and market data to develop targeted strategic adjustments. • Establish standardized data analytics frameworks to improve category operations. (5) Brand Partnerships & Cross-functional Collaboration • Develop category brand strategies and collaborate with local teams to facilitate brand and seller acquisitions. • Leverage data insights and market analysis to guide local teams in optimizing brand portfolios. • Work closely with marketing, data analytics, and logistics teams to implement category growth strategies.
1. Accountable for regional delivery projects with one-stop logistics services, manage warehouse performance and storage capacity are needed, to ensure that goods delivery to customers safely, timely and accurately. 2. Interface with internal and external customers to maintain communication in terms of logistics delivery service, providing warehousing solutions to meet customers' needs. 3. Reduce cost and increase efficiency while improve customer satisfaction by analyzing on each logistics nodes, refine operation process, to continuously optimize logistics model and delivery better solution for the pain points of front-line logistics service. 4. Responsible for the sourcing of logistics vendor, establishing vendor resource pool after research and evaluation on local logistics resources. 5. Responsible for the supervision on daily operation and performance of logistics suppliers, including performance evaluation, service level management, etc. 6. Assist in the establishment of warehousing standardized measurement system, promote to launch it accordingly with proper training and implementation, improve operational efficiency via systematical optimization on the delivery timeliness and service quality on warehousing and distribution. 7. Responsibility: 1. Indirect procurement focus on indirect procurement (MKT, retail, admin, new retail), and with focus on after sale service & logistic, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within CEE & Nordic countries; 2. Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, to ensure all the execution could go well and efficiently, and keep optimizing deliverables' quality, cost and efficiency to contribute to better business success; 3. Develop the procurement strategy by category, to promote procurement's profession sustainably, to improve the coverage of frame agency, to manage the whole process from PR to payment and to avoid compliance risk; 4. Conduct supplier selection (including bidding) for all the categories to filter the excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, set up long-term relationship with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality; 5. As a qualified regional procurement manager, in-depth understanding of company's business, control the stakeholder's demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote the satisfactions with stakeholders all the time.
1. Provide legal advice and handle legal matters relating to sales, marketing, after sales, logistics, product compliance, human resources, admin, etc; 2. Research and advise on laws and regulations which may impact the business of the group in the region; 3. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts; 4. Review marketing materials and marketing campaigns; 5. Handle legal disputes and consumer claims; 6. Assist with additional legal work as delegated by the Regional Legal Manager.
