任职要求


1. Education background with Bachelor degree or above, work experience with 5 years or above in logistics industry required. Logistics related project management or overseas work experience is preferred.
2. Understand the pain points in terms of logistics operation and familiar with the needs from 3C electronic communication enterprises (such as Samsung, Huawei, ZTE, etc.), knowing the local market in logistics industry and related vendor resources(bonus),preferable with successful project implementation and delivery experience to of telecom operators.
3. Strong awareness of customer service with good communication skill, enough toughness and multitasking capability, good at logical thinking and analysis, organizing and coordinating skills preferred.
4. Fluent in both English, able to use as working language.German speakers are preferred.
5. Good at data analysis, refine operation knowledge, proficient in computer skill, such as PPT/Word/Excel/CAD; knowledge of SAP/WMS/ERP/PSS is preferred.
6. Candidate who accept rotation and long-term overseas assignment is preferable, the location based will be assigned by the company.

工作职责


1.        Accountable for regional delivery projects with one-stop logistics services, manage warehouse performance and storage capacity are needed, to ensure that goods delivery to customers safely, timely and accurately.
2.        Interface with internal and external customers to maintain communication in terms of logistics delivery service, providing warehousing solutions to meet customers' needs.
3.        Reduce cost and increase efficiency while improve customer satisfaction by analyzing on each logistics nodes, refine operation process, to continuously optimize logistics model and delivery better solution for the pain points of front-line logistics service.
4.        Responsible for the sourcing of logistics vendor, establishing vendor resource pool after research and evaluation on local logistics resources.
5.        Responsible for the supervision on daily operation and performance of logistics suppliers, including performance evaluation, service level management, etc.
6.        Assist in the establishment of warehousing standardized measurement system, promote to launch it accordingly with proper training and implementation, improve operational efficiency via systematical optimization on the delivery timeliness and service quality on warehousing and distribution.
7.        Track on service quality issue to improve and troubleshooting, enrich the supervising and analyzing method on logistics operation by utilizing system digitalization tools, improve the ability to identify the risk and loophole within deliver process, continually update the logistics standard operation process and policy, optimize the operation process, enhance the delivery service experience.

Build a diversified transportation resource pool: - Select and maintain truck carriers (including in-house fleets and third-party partners) and courier service providers. - Establish a tiered supplier system (core vs. backup) to handle seasonal demand spikes (e.g., holiday or promotion periods) and ensure capacity stability. b. Supplier performance management: - Regularly evaluate and monitor last-mile vendor KPIs. - Develop improvement plans for underperforming suppliers and initiate replacement processes if necessary to maintain resource quality. c. Cost optimization: - Work with procurement to lower per-unit transportation costs through bulk rate negotiations, long-term contracts (e.g., annual courier or trucking agreements), and shared capacity (e.g., consolidated loads across clients). - Target: annual transportation expenses to decrease year-over-year. 3. Billing Management a. Manage the full billing process: - Coordinate with trucking and courier partners to receive and verify invoices (including transport fees, fuel surcharges, and special service charges like remote area surcharges). - Ensure consistency between billing amounts, service agreements, and actual delivery data to prevent duplicate or incorrect charges. b. Handle billing discrepancies: - Establish a reconciliation mechanism to resolve discrepancies (e.g., estimated vs. actual freight costs, unagreed fees) within the billing cycle to maintain invoice accuracy. c. Cost monitoring and analysis: - Periodically analyze unit costs for trucking (per ton) and courier (per shipment) to identify anomalies (e.g., abnormally high courier costs in certain regions). - Generate cost analysis reports and drive corrective actions. 4. Exception Management (In-Transit) a. Cross-Team Collaboration and Process Optimization a.
