Prior experience in logistics, food delivery, or platform-based operations is a strong plus. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. 工作职责
1. Contract Management Draft, review, and manage contracts between Keeta and local 3PL partners. Coordinate with legal teams to localize and optimize standard contract templates. Track contract performance, ensure key terms are fulfilled, and identify potential compliance risks. 2. Onboarding & Qualification Execute end-to-end onboarding process: document collection, qualification screening, due diligence, and record-keeping. Build and maintain a robust 3PL database with complete and up-to-date documentation. Support the development of SOPs and digital systems for merchant qualification and tracking. 3. Compliance & Risk Control Enforce MEI (Microentrepreneur) compliance policies and educate 3PL partners on related requirements. Assist with routine audits on 3PL contracts and rider payment paths to mitigate labor relationship risks. Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and risk teams to develop a sustainable and low-risk partnership model.
We are seeking a lead Privacy Counsel to support Ant International’s growing Alipay+, Antom and Bettr business. Looking for a tech-savvy privacy lawyer who is passionate about data and eager to work on innovative issues in the fintech space and knowledgeable and experienced in China's Personal Information Protection Law. You are a business enabler. You will work closely with product and tech team, business development personnel, risk management and other legal/compliance/AML professional, and provide strategic advice to enable business growth and innovation in a privacy compliant manner. You are an effective DPO. You will establish, implement, and maintain privacy governance framework for the relevant business line and ensure compliance with applicable data privacy law and regulations. Responsibilities: Privacy Advisory: ● Provide privacy support to new product launches and initiatives in China and collaborate with APAC team for APAC initiatives. ● Analyze products, policies and initiatives to provide practical risk assessment and solution. ● Drive and implement privacy by design, understand the tech and product, and translate privacy principles into actionable product features. ● Support legal team in contract drafting and negotiation for privacy related issues. Privacy Compliance/DPO responsibilities: ● Drive and implement China’s PIPL compliance for the relevant entities as well as other applicable data privacy laws and regulations ● Monitor changes and updates in privacy legislation and advise on potential impacts to the relevant business lines.
Legal Compliance and Risk Management: 1. Conduct proactive legal and regulatory compliance analyses for OceanBase's overseas business activities in Southeast Asia, with a specific focus on supporting clients in high-growth sectors such as Internet and FinTech. 2. Pre-research and assess legal risk levels within local and regional jurisdictions, providing comprehensive risk judgments and actionable mitigation strategies tailored to specific projects and client engagements. Commercial Contract Management: Cloud Service & Software Sales: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including: 1. Cloud service contracts and all related ancillary agreements (e.g., Data Processing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Pricing Addenda). 2. Various database software sales contracts. Other Business-Related Contracts: 1. Procurement contracts related to marketing activities and other operational needs. 2. Partner channel agreements, including referral and reseller contracts. 3. Legal review and preparation of legal documents required for overseas project tender submissions. Others: 1. Manage and oversee the contract approval process for the Southeast Asia region. 2. Provide daily legal advice and consultation on legal queries from regional business teams.

Assist in handling emergency issues, and provide practical solutions 6.筛选高性价比的优质外部律师资源并进行有效管理。 Select high quality and cost effective external law firms and make well management. 7.其他当地公司日常运营所需要的法务工作。 Provide legal support for other daily operation matters of local Cainiao entities in Europe or Spain . 职位描述 1.当地知名学校法律类专业本科以上学历，具有当地法律执业资格。 Bachelor degree in law or above accredited from top ranked law school in Europe, and bar admission in Spain. 2.五年以上跨国企业或知名律师事务所工作经验，具有中国企业工作经验者将优先考虑。 Minimum 5 years relevant experience in leading law firms/multinational environment, and work experience in Chinese companies is preferred. 3.具备国际物流、货代、海外仓储行业和/或跨境电商行业工作经验。 Experience in international logistics/international freight forwarding business /Overseas warehousing Industry and/or cross border e-commerce business. 4.能够独立为西班牙及欧洲本地业务提供法律支持，接受适度的管理，有能力分辨何时需要总部/外部支持。 Ability to function independently, with moderate supervision and awareness when to involve global team or external expert. 5.适应有压力及多任务并行的工作环境，有能力处理高工作量，可区分工作优先级并效率工作。 Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task, and ability to handle high volume of work, recognize priorities, and manage time effectively. 6.可以英语、中文作为工作语言，具有优异的英语及中文读写和谈判能力，具有一定西班牙语能力者将优先考虑； Excellent speaking, writing and negotiating skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (as working language), and Spanish is a plus. 7.工作主动积极，具有团队精神，适应变化。 Proactive and team player, ability to adapt to changes.
