任职要求
1、计算机、数学、统计学及电子信息相关专业硕士及以上学历，5年以上工作经验； 2、扎实的编程能力和数据结构基础，熟悉机器学习、NLP和LLM相关知识，善于学习和应用业界先进技术处理实际业务问题； 3、熟悉Java、Python和C++中的一种或多种编程语言，熟悉大数据处理技术； 4、在机器学习、深度学习、NLP、LLM及多模态等领域有扎实理论基础或丰富研发经验，曾在互联网搜推、营销、NLP等方向有工作经验者优先； 5、具有良好的团队合作意识与沟通能力，具备与产品、运营、BD、业务等多方密切配合的意识和经验。
工作职责
1、负责美团平台供给理解与生成相关的工作，包括不限于商家、商品、内容理解，供给标准化、供给理解和供给运营等工作； 2、负责大模型全链路工作模式的攻关，包括Prompt工程、微调、RL以及多模态等相关工作； 3、建设公司级供给系统平台，持续推动供给相关工作在美团平台业务落地应用，提升业务运营效率。
