工作职责


1.Provide clients with standardized and customized administrative services, continuously improving service satisfaction.
2.Responsible for office space planning, site selection and inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover and takeover, as well as restoration and lease termination processes.
3.Manage office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and oversee the daily management and performance evaluation of third-party service providers.
4.Manage office-related expenses, procurement of fixed assets and office supplies, control costs effectively, and improve efficiency.
5.Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and foster a positive office atmosphere.
6.Coordinate and support communications and reception for visits from local government agencies and external organizations in cooperation with relevant departments.
7.Collaborate with functional departments to support the implementation of various company initiatives.
