With expanding cross-border business and team growth, we are seeking a Node Operations Specialist to help manage global cross-border operation nodes originating in China and other regions, a key initiative in our global supply chain network. This role is within the Global Logistics organization. We are looking for talent with experience and knowledge in the cross-border logistics industry, proven ability to manage and drive warehouse service partners to achieve or exceed goals and expectations, strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication, and project management skills. The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude and ability to solve problems independently while dealing with ambiguity, obstacles, and time constraints. Safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity/efficiency will be key focus areas. As a Node Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting operations management at origin (China and other regions) including: 1) Managing warehouse service provider (3PL) performance through pre-defined mechanisms to track and investigate exceptions, implement solid actions, and standardize processes to ensure sustainable, data-driven results. 2) Collecting and preparing data and reports, including KPIs and other in-process indicators, providing full visibility to the team. 3) Designing and establishing efficiency reporting mechanisms continuously based on business needs and driving data quality. 4) Conducting data deep dives and driving continuous improvement with support from the operations manager to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. 5) Collaborating with the business intelligence team on QuickSight report design and data validation, supporting team data requirements.
1.Developing 3pl partners and expanding the number of partners and riders according to the demand for delivery in each city. 2.Enhance partners' operational capabilities through training and communication, so that partners better understand our company rules and strategies. 3.Build and maintain strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the region 4.Ensure 100% compliance for 3PL partners and their riders 5.Work closely with product teams to optimize the processes and products used by 3PL companies 6.Work with the operations team to develop rewards and penalties for 3PL and manage them on a day-to-day basis to achieve business goals such as hiring goals, user experience goals, etc. 7.Take responsibility for the partners and regions to achieve rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals. 8.Communicate the elimination of partners who do not meet the requirements. 9. Complete the related work within the department assigned by the manager.
