任职要求
1.在客户服务、体验治理等领域有至少3年策略运营经验,带领过复杂业务的策略运营或策略产品团队,并有成功案例; 2.具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力,能够有效领导和激励团队成员,并推动团队之间合作; 3.结果导向,具备较强的自驱力、学习能力,韧性强,能够从不同领域汲取经验并迅速应用,能够适应市场不确定性,勇于创新和突破。 4.能够熟练使用英语优先 1.At least 3 years of experience in strategy operations in fields such as customer service and experience enhance, with experiences of leading strategy operations or strategy product teams for complex business initiatives; 2.Strong team management and communication skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members while fostering cross-team collaboration; 3.Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience. Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs. 4.both fluent in English and Portuguese
工作职责
1.调研当地市场骑手服务能力,设计符合当地市场需求的骑手服务体系 2.搭建骑手服务流程、权益,和产品团队配合搭建相对应的产品 3.搭建不同渠道收集骑手反馈,了解骑手痛点,并协同不同团队进行策略和流程的优化 1.conducting researches in local rider commuties around riders' experince. 2.design and build localized rider service system and strategies to enhance rider experience 3.collabrate with product team on build product features to optimize piplines of delivery 4.develop feedback channels and collect rider feedback to optimize strategies and products.
1.体系搭建:搭建并持续优化骑手端的体验监测与预警机制,定期分析三端(骑手/用户/商家)体验数据,识别并聚焦关键痛点; 2.流程治理:设计并优化骑手服务流程,联动产品及关键协同方共建申诉、补偿、信用等骑手体验治理工具; 3.策略制定:基于不同骑手生命周期及特征,制定精细化体验策略,提升骑手服务意愿、跑单能力和平台满意度; 4.场景优化:主导典型/高频/异常场景的体验还原与优化,如高温、晚高峰、返货等复杂配送节点,沉淀通用优化策略; 5.风险应对:搭建重大体验事件的风险预警与舆情响应机制,完善投诉反馈闭环,提升服务处理的效率与用户/骑手满意度; 6.团队管理:带领团队,覆盖体验数据、体验机制、流程运营、策略设计等核心模块,形成高效协作与人才梯队。
1.负责城市全域业务的整体运营,依据业绩目标制定并实施达成计划,处理突发危机,确保合规运营; 2.负责城市全域订单履约率及配送时效达标,制定并实施恶劣天气、高峰期运力保障预案;优化单均配送成本(如配送成本、补贴策略),提升运营效益; 3.负责城市骑手生态运营,确保运力稳定(如恶劣天气、高峰期弹性调度),优化骑手体验,降低流失率; 4.管理城市运营团队,基于构建高效团队目标,通过识别和培养关键人才,营造积极工作环境,增强团队凝聚力和员工的职业发展;
