工作职责


1.营销活动配置与上线支持:根据总部及本地市场策略,协助配置、发布并维护各类线上营销活动,确保活动上线流程顺畅;
2.活动执行效果检核:定期检查线上活动在线情况,及时发现和反馈活动执行中存在的问题,并协调相关团队进行优化;
3.竞争信息支持:定期收集并整理市场主要玩家的营销活动、促销策略、价格政策等相关信息。输出竞争分析报告,为营销策略调整提供参考支持;
4.基础数据分析支持:协助进行营销活动效果的基础数据统计与分析,如活动曝光、转化、参与率等。支持团队完成活动复盘和优化建议;
5.跨部门协作:与产品、运营、数据等团队紧密配合,确保营销活动从配置到执行的流程闭环。根据业务需求,协助完成临时项目或专项任务支持;

1.Campaign Setup and Launch Support:Assist in configuring, launching, and maintaining various online marketing campaigns based on both headquarters and local market strategies. Ensure smooth execution of campaign launch processes.
2.Campaign Execution Monitoring:Regularly check the live status and performance of online campaigns. Identify and report any execution issues in a timely manner, and coordinate with relevant teams for optimization.
3.Competitive Intelligence Support:Collect and organize information on key competitors’ marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, pricing policies, and other relevant activities. Produce competitive analysis reports to support marketing strategy adjustments.
4.Basic Data Analysis Support:Assist in basic data collection and analysis of marketing campaign performance, such as impressions, conversions, and participation rates. Support the team in campaign reviews and optimization recommendations.
5.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product, Operations, Data, and other teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. Provide support for ad-hoc projects or special tasks as required by business needs.
