任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务或相关专业优先。
2.1 年以上相关工作经验,有电商、支付或互联网行业经验优先。
3.熟练使用葡萄牙语和英语,具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力。
4.熟悉基本办公软件,具备一定的数据处理和分析能力。
5.做事认真负责,执行力强,沟通协调能力好。
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred.
2.At least 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in e-commerce, payment, or internet industries is a plus.
3.Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
4.Familiarity with basic office software and a certain level of data processing and analysis ability.
5.Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution, and good communication and coordination skills.
工作职责
1.营销活动配置与上线支持:根据总部及本地市场策略,协助配置、发布并维护各类线上营销活动,确保活动上线流程顺畅; 2.活动执行效果检核:定期检查线上活动在线情况,及时发现和反馈活动执行中存在的问题,并协调相关团队进行优化; 3.竞争信息支持:定期收集并整理市场主要玩家的营销活动、促销策略、价格政策等相关信息。输出竞争分析报告,为营销策略调整提供参考支持; 4.基础数据分析支持:协助进行营销活动效果的基础数据统计与分析,如活动曝光、转化、参与率等。支持团队完成活动复盘和优化建议; 5.跨部门协作:与产品、运营、数据等团队紧密配合,确保营销活动从配置到执行的流程闭环。根据业务需求,协助完成临时项目或专项任务支持; 1.Campaign Setup and Launch Support:Assist in configuring, launching, and maintaining various online marketing campaigns based on both headquarters and local market strategies. Ensure smooth execution of campaign launch processes. 2.Campaign Execution Monitoring:Regularly check the live status and performance of online campaigns. Identify and report any execution issues in a timely manner, and coordinate with relevant teams for optimization. 3.Competitive Intelligence Support:Collect and organize information on key competitors’ marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, pricing policies, and other relevant activities. Produce competitive analysis reports to support marketing strategy adjustments. 4.Basic Data Analysis Support:Assist in basic data collection and analysis of marketing campaign performance, such as impressions, conversions, and participation rates. Support the team in campaign reviews and optimization recommendations. 5.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product, Operations, Data, and other teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. Provide support for ad-hoc projects or special tasks as required by business needs.
1. Responsible for the development and operation of regional chain brands, and responsible for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands; Implement the company's sales strategy and achieve the performance target; 2. Responsible for promoting in-depth cooperation between regional chain brands and platforms in brand marketing, promotional activities, user operations and other fields to enhance brand image; 3. In-depth understanding of brand business operations, and help brands to develop professional delivery solutions and landing; Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand; 4. Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as a bridge between brand and platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand distribution

• Relationship management: build/maintain with merchants’ marketing & growth team and higher management level. • Drive merchant growth:find marketing collaboration opportunities with Key merchants, initiate the proposal, bargain for resources from merchant side and payment channel side and implement to drive payment growth. • Optimize campaign performance: Through data tracking and analysis, to formulate actionable strategies, develop enhanced product or change UI/UX design to improve marketing driven revenue. • Collaborate cross-functionally: with product and operational teams to support growth opportunities for key partners. • Integrated marketing campaign: base on the industry knowledge and current trend to initiate comprehensive co-brand marketing plan and facilitate the iconic campaign to build industrial reputation and help pitch new merchants.
