任职要求
1、3年以上大型互联网相关项目开发经验，具有良好的数据结构、算法、网络、操作系统等计算机基础知识和优秀的编码能力； 2、熟练掌握大型互联网服务端开发与调优技术，理解 JVM、MySQL 数据库及常用开源框架、中间件（Redis、Kafka 等）原理，能够基于业务做合理选型和系统设计； 3、有一定 AI 系统开发经验，了解大模型相关技术原理及典型应用模式（如 Prompt 设计、RAG、SFT、Agent 等）； 4、优秀的沟通理解能力、团队合作能力，能够与多部门良好协作，推动项目落地； 5、优秀的学习能力，执行力和技术自驱力，在团队内创造追求卓越的技术氛围； 6、具有一定的人才培养意识，可辅导初中级工程师。
工作职责
1、负责服务零售家庭服务业务相关系统的设计与开发，参与架构演进、系统优化； 2、负责一个或多个子系统的中长期规划，承接业务需求并做好项目管理、上下游协同工作； 3、指导初中级工程师的学习成长和技术方案设计，参与团队代码Review等工作； 4、负责技术难点攻关，不断提升核心服务的稳定性和系统性能，提升运营效率。
